The Hotel is located opposite to ITC Hotel Rajputana, where a cheap and best, value for money stay can be done.The Hotel has its own kitchen and Bar, which was an added advantage for the guests to enjoy the stay.Room facility was average like any other hotel, staff courtious, its located between Sindhi Camp bus station and Jaipur Junction Railway Station, which makes it easy for any visitor to easily find and stay upon arrival.

I had requested for early check-in. they had given me also. but when I entered the room was pathetic no clean washroom, bedsheets are not cleaned, room was stink like anything that I was not opened for a long time. services was very bad we have to call the service boy by going at reception. even they are not providing the basics needs like soap, toilet rolls. lastly the person sitting at the reception is very rude. no sense of talking. arguing with me. I suggested you not to book this if you are coming to Jaipur with your family members. I love traveling a lot but in my career this one of most worst experiences during my stay. pathetic hotel.

Good stay destination but little slow on services...

Very poor service, specially the guy at the reception is neither concerned nor interested in offering good customer service. It was a prepaid service that I availed otherwise I would have not checked into the hotel. He handed me the keys and just gave me the room no. Even the rooms door lock was broken, finally after a lot of hustle a room service guy helped us to get in and he also took the keys along with him. They even do not offer bed tea before 8:30 am. I requested them that I had to check out early but then also they denied for any service. I would have rated zero or negative for customer service. Forget about tea there was no provision of hot water in bathroom.

There was an awesome experience... I did the check in around 7AM whereas the check in time was to be started at 12 PM noon..... but the recipient was very polite and he allowed us to early check in.... as we stayed there for 2 days..... after the request that our reservations in bus is quite late they also give us more time for the check out which was really appreciable..... food was good...... room was clean......but the only cons are their room cleaning services.... And you want to stay there you should call them and remind them about the cleaning etc..... I got that room in around 620/night which is quite budget friendly too.... Overall the experience was awesome..... and now this place is in my favourite list..... thanks Holyday Home 🥰Room Cleaning services are very bad.... as they didnt even come for once by their own .....

Poor service. I booked a room for 3 adults and they got a double bed in a room, i end sleeping on the mattress. They took 2 hours to turn on the tv and i miss almost 15 overs of the match. No towels in the washroom either.

All together it is a good place in a budget category. I booked it on goibibo for 640rupees a night. Which is great value for money. The room is also quiet spacious & clean. Location wise as well it is quiet logistically placed right next to the railway station. The boys/staff is also prompt & helpful. The last but the best thing is the bar in the basement, 80 rupees for 60ml rum, had chicken masala with bread and it was amazing, fingure licking good preparation, really good food. So all in all a very good place however dont expect luxury in this price range. 🙏

The room service is very slow, Did not work even after making many calls, the pillow cover & mattress is very dirty & shaky.There was soil in the corner of the room and in the almirah. TV remote had to go down by itself and fetch it from reception,no recharge on tv. no wifi facilites.The mirror of the washroom was very dirty and there were spots on it..boring day in place...

Least recommend hotel. Very rude & impolite frontdesk. Force us to pay in cash & refuse to provide bill. They have goons ready to fight & hold your luggage if you argue.Beside, Rooms are very small & stinking. Restaurant was full insects & bad smell. Certainly not visit again neither recommend to anyone.Horrible & nightmere stay.

Staff are courteous, prompt and amenities are good. Proximity to Jaipur Railway stn is another plus point for the hotel.

The hotel was really disgusting..first of all they have basement bar which is connected to hotel rooms...the owner is very rude...no cleanliness in room and the bathroom was stinking horribly!!! I dont recommend this hotel for vacations or family trips as the bar people were irritating us terribly.....really a nightmare we faced!!! Location is quite good near by Jaipur railway station walking distance.. the property is okay okay, couple friendly but quality has been declined, previously they had maintained cleaniness best and staff was well too... That was my 2nd visit over there after a year.. but the quality has been decreased as that of previous.

I didnt click photos coz there was nothing special about the it to click a one. I was given 2 options in in budget deluxe i choose expecting it to be better one but i dont think there was anyone different ...my room had a balcony with absolutely no view as they have a huge hoarding tied using on to it ....hot water is a major issue ...if you keep tap on for 10-20 mins then you will start getting hot water which is simply waste of resources ...this is the major reason that i was not happy with the hotel. For budget travelers, on doing some research you can get rooms cheaper than this one..overall is still not a bad one especially for summers when you dont need hot water

I booked this hotel for 3 days. The room was good but the bedding materials were very dirty.Secondly, the owner of the hotel provided auto service. But the auto driver was very bad. The driver and also the owner only interested about their commission from any shopping item. We refused to go Jwellery shop, then the auto driver was disappointed. He did not go the City palace and Jantarmantar as revenge. The owner of the hotel gave support to auto driver

Near Jaipur Railway station. Can book through different booking portals for best rates. They provide free pick up from station if you book in advance. Rooms are neat n clean spacious with big wardrobe and Mirror . Bathroom in the room is quite big. Lift available. Also arrange car for sightseeing at a reasonable rate. They dont have a dining room but room service is available from their restaurant which is on the other side of the hotel. Delicious foods.

I had booked this Hotel but this property needs serious attention from their management. This is more of a lodge than a hotel. Especially washroom is so pathetic that we felt that we are living in a Dharamshala.Food had also been very poor. Quality is very bad and even they served stale vegetables which ultimately we returned. Oil quantity used to make food has been very high and its seems same food had been recooked and served to us.

The hotel location is awsme, just 5 mins from Jaipur station. The food is mouth watering and cheap.We reached early in the morning but check in time was 10.00 am. The hotel manager was really nice he gave us space in common area to rest and get fresh.The rooms were excellent. 24 hours hot water. Overall a good stay experience.Bar facility also Available.

The hotel is only a short walk away from the railway station, you can make it on foot even with a few luggage. But the street has a few shady spots and really bad smell, I would suggest an auto, dont pay more than 20, it really is a walking distance away.We actually got a larger room than we booked for, so that was nice. But as usual with the other Indian budget hotels, this one had a tiny washroom, rather cleaner than most others though. The hot water is central and only available in the morning, so that is a BIG downside.The room had a nice comfy bed, with a large sofa that is to be used as a third bed if needed. The lighting was a smooth yellow and there were two extra ceiling lamps for night/mood lighting, it was really nice. The room was very handsome to summarize.There is a room service from the hotels own restaurant. The food is reasonably priced for a tourist-focused area. Didnt try it though so cant really tell about it. There is a bar as well if you feel like it. There are two Dhabas (Indian eatery) in 2 minutes walk away. They serve pretty good veg food at nearly half the price offered in the hotel.The local bus stop and city metro are both within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are always plenty of Autos (three wheelers) waiting for fair in front of the hotel. You can easily get a Uber, Ola or Jugnoo car called from this spot.

Rooms are pretty good but room service is worthless. They dont even ask for breakfast or dinner. I have to outside for dinner. telephone is not in working condition. Its not good for family stays

This is one of the budget hotel near the railway station. Rooms are ok considering the budget. They maintain reasonable cleanliness. Staff is polite and helpful. Nothing what you expect in a 3 star hotel. If you can spend a little extra you can get much better rooms. Location is definitely a pus point. Railway station is just walking distance from here. Did not eat hotel food so cant comment about that.

Pathetic hotel.The rude manager doesnt provide any bill either for budget rooms or for the sightseeing packages.Everything, like food, transportation through them is highly over charged. If you go without booking, they will offer you a room (without bill) and later show as if a favour has been done on you. Money was taken in cash without record (too much dadagiri in everything).Rooms are in pathetic condition and their services are even worst.Groupism is so strong that the entire neighborhood told us that on Dussehra Bapu bazar is closed, just because they dont get a commission there. When we went there each and every shop was open and fully functional.Sad to see tourism in such a bad shape and the way visitors are being harassed in a beautiful city known for its heritage and hospitality.

Basic hotel, but very rude manager. I asked for an early check in when I arrived at the hotel. Rather than politely saying yes/no, he rudely started shouting in local language and said go find a place until my regular check in time and the come here. I had paid upfront the full money, over 2500₹ for two days. Otherwise I would have walked out at the point. I do not suggest this place. There are many other hotels nearby.

Third class hotel no any sense how to behave with customers. Totally disappointed with such cheap type hotel. Guies be aware of such hotels never and ever take risk.

Not up to the mark. We were given normal water in name of Complimentary RO Water. The room had a big size window with only curtains and no glass to shield us from cool breeze that blows at night. No heater and no proper blankets provided as it should be.

Location very good right next to the train station, rooms good size and nicely finished. Very extensive restaurant menu and no extra charge for room service. Only one member of staff could speak a little English so this made ordering from the menu bery difficult and not one order was correct, even though the menu is in English.

I visited Jaipur last year and stayed at this place. The room was very nice with big windows giving a pleasant sunlit morning. The morning sunlight was the best thing with the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us in arranging the transport and served really tasty food.
