Totally dirty and bad experience...very dirty place..

A good stay at affordable price I would say.. Though the delux room was a bit less spacious and they have very limited menu for complimentary breakfast but the service is awesome. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food quality and quantity is also splendid. Hotel is neat and clean. I would give it 4.5 star just because of the limited breakfast menu else everything is good about this hotel..

Frankly Telling you rooms are not that much spacious but still the service is rapid, Talking about the restroom is amazing with proper supplies but somewhere room lacks in Space as per space hotel provide Window Air Conditioner which quiet well.If you are thinking stay here remember and think about the price first.They also have there own bar also which is Underground which provides you with almost all drinks but they charge more for takeaway in hotel itself they 10-20 extra and hotel doesnt allowed drinks in room & they dont have proper parking space.

We stayed for a night and when we reached room was ready, clean and well maintained. Nothing i can complaint about. They had a roof top restraunt qhich served good food and evrythingwas fine. Location was good with parking available. Gentle staff. Good rates available for stay..

Observations as below:Likes:1) Reached at 5.00 AM with spouse and kid, hotel staff helped me with room allocation within 15 minutes though my check-in was scheduled from 12:00 PM onwards . Thanks indeed!2)Reception guys are very helpful and informative.3)Newly built hotel and so was clean. 4)Close to Sindhi Bus Station.Dislikes:1)!!! NO LIFTS !!! You have to carry all your luggage yourself as there is no lift installed!!!2)Room service is pathetic.The only free breakfast I ordered was served in dirty cutlery. After that I never took pain to place any orders again.3)No pick and drop from Sindhi camp bus station (

Not worth staying.They cant even give chilled water in this hot hot summer. And dont even have answers for that. Rooms are not so attractive. Cleanliness also below average. Wont recommend it to anyone. Staff is good. Thats all.

Id not like to stay here ever.Not decent place for family or couple. Id never recommend girls to stay here. Food is average. Rooms are average too.Check some other better and decent options rather than staying in this hotel.I hope you got the clue.Thanks

Food is expensive... Rest everything is fine. Restaurant should maintain more clean. Support and guidance from Mr. Arun (Founder of Hotel Ghoonghat) and travel coordinator Mr. Moin from (Mughal Tours and Travels...) was extremely good. Even their new property Blue Heaven is very nice which has disco, pub life for parties and get togetherness...

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 days and would like to recommend the Hotel as it meets all the Customer Expectations like good co-operation, cleanliness & Hotel Staffs behavior. Hotel is excellent if you compare it with the charges they apply. The very plus point is that its just at a 2-3 KM distance from Jaipur junction railway station so its easily reachable and its at a place that is a little bit away from the local-noisy traffic so you will feel something better when you come in-out of Hotel rooms.

Its near about Jaipur railway station. Around 2 km. Convenient to reach and Good option to relax. Room service was prompt. But you want some location then its not option. There is no view. Near about main road so no walking issue hardly 30meter.

I booked Signature room and the same was provided without any delay and had complimentary breakfast. Had option to choose among Alu paranthas, poha and cutlet with tea or coffee. Although the hotel claims it has parking but the same is not of its own. There is some vacant land and if not packed then you can park your car. The security guard directed me to a place to park in the dark where the iron rods were protuding which cut my car tyre (loss of Rs ********/-). Be careful if you are taking your car. Otherwise the stay was comfortable, and will recommend it.

We visited during the month of November 2016. Great choice, quality and consistency. The service was awesome. The young guy there has a great sense of humour. Foods are fantastic in taste with reasonable price. We recommend this place.

This is a 3* hotel according to Goibibo. when i enter the hotel first Lift was out of order and then I have entered the room see the sofa White leather cover is torn and worn. When I sit on it, leather particles stick on my pants. I have ignored it.They cheat on guests and the personnel waits only to be paid to be nice. Every year the ******* say that the hotel made a renovation, but this is a lye, so that new tourists think that what is written here on internet is not true. ..The room did not have a safe - and it really needs one.when i talk to attendant den she refuse to clean the room and when i order to make a tea den she again deny me. really sucha pathetic behaviour for me nd also my family. when i cal to hotel manager he is also rude and told me i will come to 1o minute but he didnt came.Really in my life first time very bad experience for me and immediatel i chech out hotel for some other hotel. So i would not recommend anyone to stay at hotel Ghoonghat.Very poor maintain room, rude staff so overall very bad experince

Very Pleasent stay and very cooperative staff. There were some issues with the room and on informing the staff they immediately changed the room which was very good. Traditional food is good but needs to improve the Chinese cuisine.Overall it was a great stay

Good behaviour of hotel staff. Vegetarian food quality and quantity are good. Location of this hotel is not in well civilized area but it is quite safe and easily approachable. Room service is not on time but you can just get it done anytime.

Frequently stays there great place nice rooms operative staff , only the issue that I face during my stay was that you need to work more on your menu options, they are very limited otherwise I highly recommend to travellers for short stay! Ol the best !RegardsHarsh Shekhawat

Clean, modern and comfortable. Im not sure what the other properties are like in this region but from what I have observed while driving around my guess is that this is one the best available in the area. Rooms have very nice touces that enhance a comfortable and relaxed stay in general front desk staff was very coprative and service was good.

Rooms are not so spacious but suite rooms are much better. Not like breakfast served. You can find this hotel on OYO also.

Very bad experience with this hotel. i booked this hotel for three days. reached in night at about 0130. staff was very casual. they did not give me room till one hour we have to stay waiting for one hour for paper formality . even i hv informed them that within 30 min i will reach hotel. 2. they have not cleaned my room before check in somebody chekout from that room prior to me but after that hotel staff not cleaned the room before my chekin. all bed sheet used tea cups , uncleaned towels uncleaned bathroom. no soap, no shampoo. i hv to make request to manager for cleaning but response was pathetic. very bad experience.3. in morning at 0730 i asked for cup of tea. but they denied that only after 8 they will serve...4. due to this i have to left for another hotel. through ****.5. *****...6. EXCEPT ROOMS this hotel cant be rated more then any average lodge .7. very bad experience with manager.8. if you are searching for low price dont book this hotel.9 . in my room window AC was making horrible sound no body can sleep in that sound.10. room no 307 has no fan regulator also. fan will run at full speed .11. full of mosquito.12. toilet was stinky even if cleaned , even after using exhaust fan. i think there was some problem with gas outlet.13. corridors was uncleaned . 14. NOT GOOD FOR COUPLES, FAMILIES,OVER ALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.**** . HOW THEY ARE IN MOU WITH THIS TYPE OF HOTEL..I M VERY UPSET

The hotel is located off the main road, thats good, the hotel has overall good. the rooms n washroom were neat n clean, a/c was working perfectly, the linen were clean, they provided with towel, soap n shampoo, very nice, chechin n checkout very quick.

Service was good. Room was clean and up to mark.

The Ghoonghat hotels location is easy to approach but have problem in parking

Service of hotel is not good.they took lot of time if you order food.Also while booking through ibibo it was said brearkfast will be free but the quality of breakfast was not good.we ordered something but got something different in breakfast that too after 2 hours and quantity is very less.in name of extra bed in the room they will simply give one curlon on the floor without bed and bedsheet but charged 800 for that,instead of that one can book another room

Worst staff, they could not stay on their commitment, before confirmation to hotel management there after I booked hotel. check In time is 11.59 am I reached at 8.20 am but before booking they talked with me to checkin before timing but when I have booked hotel and I reached there they finally refused to give room. also I make call to ************ to hotal manager but they refused to them also.I requested to pay extra charge for room but they are not ready and finally they talk to pay 500 hundred extra for 2 hour this was very extra charge as per 24 hours booking value.I believed on hotal management but are not good as per commitment.I really filled unhappy. I lost my office meeting I never recommended to any customer for this hotel

Good hotel at a good price range. The hotel room little bit small but was clean and air conditioning available only problem is they dont allow checkin in before standard time so think that in mind.
