If you are in Jaipur, and you miss eating out on these delicious crisp golden pyaaz kachoris, then you have cetatinly missed out on Jaipurs authentic flavor. The Pyaaz Kachoris dont need any chutney or sauce. The place is always thronged by regular visitors who reach in time to get eat one at the place.I made sure to get these babies packed for family back home in delhi.Pyaaz Kachori.Mawa Kachori.Ghevar.Fresh sweet items in the shop, will all make sure you leave from the place with a big smile.
Rawat is the best place to have their famous pyaz kachori in jaipur. If you are in jaipur then don’t miss this place. It is a must go. On the flip side their mawa kachori is too sweet and fattening and can be skipped.Things they need to improve on;-Arrange / tie up with nearby hotels so that parking space can be made available as parking is very difficult.- Get better seating arrangement and improve cleanliness in washrooms and main sitting restaurant.
This place is highly recommended to all the food lover and food explorer who wants to explore Jaipur and Rajsthani Cuisine. Most recommended food in this place are Aloo Pyaz Kachori, Mawa Kachori and Ghewar Rabri. Though a person need to wait for a long time to get the food after taking token from the counter but its worth it. The quality of the food is awesome. The crunchiness and the inside juicy inside the mawa kachori is incomparable to any other sweets in Jaipur. Also their freshly prepared Ghewar and Rabri on top is yummy.
As a traveller I came here first time with a lot of expectations about the pyaj ki kachori but I didnt find it as good as people says about it on internet. The kachori had good filling but was not served with any chutney you have to eat it plain or you can buy something like lassi. Taste was ok and not so spicy or oily.
Very high price and not any social distancing guideline in covid 19 customer and shopkeeper staff not any sweet quality Im found hotel famous reason only nearby Sindhi camp bus stand and polovictory cinema So famous
The quality is four star. This is located in very traffic. Thats why there is difficult in parking. Other wise everything is good.
This is one among the 2 most famous sweet shops in Jaipur. Other one is Laxmi Mishthan Bhandar. I had Ghewar in both of them and the Ghewar at Rawat Mishthan Bhandar was more tasty. Pyaaz Kachori is a must have here. Jalebi, Khaman were equally good. The only downside was that there is lack of management, there ia too much crowd and there is no token system. So you have to fight in through the crowd to get your order especially during peak hours in morning and evening. Prices are reasonable. Parking is a problem as it is just beside the main road. If you are in Jaipur, it is a must visit.
My personal experience & depends on everyones taste buds but many of friends recommended me this place for their pyaaz kachori which was okay-okay but it was so plain & no chutne made it difficult to eat. Im from Lucknow n sahu & bajapai kachori are far better.btw there are multiple rajasthani small vendor in Bangalore offering pyaaz kachori with better taste.
So, I visited Rawat to try out their delicious pyaaz & mawa kachori. I really liked both. If you have a sweet tooth, you will love Mawa, or if you avoid too much sweet like me you will like the pyaaz one. I also tried their Rasmalai, Bhalla Papdi & other sweets. All of them were good. Though staff could have been politer.
One of those overhyped and over rated places. No doubt the kachori is good but definitely not worth 40 bucks specially if you have to fight your way to get one because of 100s of fools like yourself lined up to check whats the hype about. Its a regular kachori which you can find in every nook and corner of jaipur at half the price and with additional kadhi/chutney at no extra cost. You can definitely give this place a miss
Do try the ghewar here its nice. Kachori is decent but famous. Good for a quick snack.
Pyaz kachori is best but they will not provide any sauce/ketchup.
This was my first time in jaipur and what everybody suggested me to try was rawat ki kachori wo bhi pyaaj wali.Being a foodie, i cant wait to do so. So early morning i reached rawat sweet shop under the metro line, parked my bike outside and asked for a pyaaj ki kachori.I have already had kachori with sabji or chutney, here i got a large kachori with no dip. It taste so well and wow that i couldnt stop myself of having 2 more kachoris. Also they are having every type of sweets and snacks options with pastries and cakes as well. You must try their ghewar and kachori if you visit jaipur.
Place is always full with people but their sweets and their famous pyaaz kachodi is best, you should try that when you visit jaipur
Food is ok but the way they communicate its beyond worst, they should atleast have basic decency.!What is the use of having good food when they cant treat the guest well.Higly dissapointed.🙏🏻would not recomment
The shop is on the road..and the taste of ghewar rabdi and pyaz kachori is awesome..the prices are not so high but quality of every thing is good.. youll love the taste of pani puri..
Famous for its Kachori. Must try. Costs around ₹40 each.
Worth experience. Waiter are soo Rude so much of attitude. No one is ready to listen. Area is not clean at all. We ordered lemon soda and lassi it came without ice, when we asked for ice the man said (theek to hai).. नाम बड़े दर्शन छोटे
Went for the first time, heard that it has best lachori. Kachori aas
This place is easily among top 5 in jaipur for Pyaaz kachoris
It doesnt stand upto its reputation. The shop was quite dirty, kachori was served without any chutny or sauce.
Had great dal baati churma but the cakes were equally pathetic. It was full of cream, without any bread stuff.
Hate to low rate, but their rabri ghewar was a peice of junk. The ghewar was burnt. Rabri was too sweet. The only saving grace was d rabri was fresh. Ghewar was definately old.
My all time favorite Pyaz kachori😍.Also its khaman is awesome.
This place is bad for its reputation.A person was sweeping the floor and he made my raj kachori with those same hands I feel sick.
High shop faded food during my visit to jaipur today I visited RAWAT MISTHAN BHANDAR for pyaz ki Kachori but got disappointed nothing special about there kachori and its highly overrated. They dont even serve any tamarind sauce they will just give you the kachori and if you compare the price with other shops you can save your money easily so its better to go for other shops.
Taste was great, they had less spicy munchies. Service was also good. Also the ambience is good.
The behaviour of the staff was ridiculous but food was not bad! I visited Jaipur for 3 days all the way from Delhi NCR by my Royal Enfield Classic 350 but they dont treat the outsiders well and that shows all about their hospitality for which Rajasthan is known for but they spoilt such name!
Over rated and nowhere close to the earlier offering from the same outlet. In their zeal to modernize and update they seem to have lost track of what made them famous in the past. Despite ok food it is an extremely unpleasant and shabby experience.
We have been visiting this pace for 20+ years and it still delivers the same quantity as earlier. Their Pyaaz Kachoris are especially delicious when fresh. They do have good packaging solutions for bulk takeaways too. Although Kachoris have become standard fare across all the sweet shops in Jaipur, this one continues to stand out.
The pyaz kachoris were delicious
DONT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE A FOODIE. NOT A COVID SAFE PLACE.Over rated place. Just another kachori from just another place would be much better. I ordered Pyaaz kachori. Surprisingly, I couldnt find any pyaaz in it. It was a soggy kachori.Secondly, The place is not clean at all. I couldnt see any sanitizers or temp check at the entrance.Housekeeping was very bad. Dirty tables. Dustbins were overflowing.
Their pyaz kachodi is good but they don’t provide any kind of chutney with it. It tastes very dry.
This place is famous in jaipur. They have all type of sweets and snacks. Rawar kachori is most famous.
Must visit place to eat pyaz ki kachori. Its better to get the parcel of the order from there because there is no neat and clean place inside the hotel to sit and eat.
Hygiene 4/5.Taste 5/5.Quantity 3/5.I bought ghewar from this place it was 😋🤤.
Though its famous for its pyaz and mewa kachauri, but the rest of the food is equally tasty. It has its own restaurant and hotel just next door.We had the chance to visit both the shop (where one can stand and eat at the tables) or sit and enjoy in the restaurant. As of the food, I at 8-9 dishes and all were awesome, So its safe to say that anything you consume there would not disappoint. :)
Overly priced kachori and mirchi vada. Other sweets are also overly priced. Every small sweet shop in Jodhpur has better tasting products compared to Rawat.I recommend avoiding eating here.
Onion kachori is invented by them ,first players with authentic taste n to set a bench mark in onion kachori .
One of the most iconic and oldest eatery of Jaipur. Their kachori still tastes the same as it used to be in my child hood 20 years back.
Cleanliness 5/5 taste 3/5 over all staff was very good liked the way they treat each and every customer
The for quality is good, but the staff seriously needs to learn about professionalism and prompt service. Very much expensive restaurent.
Enjoyed all kind of kachories. Found mava kachori too sweet to finish.
Earlier their Pyaz Ki Kachori was best. But now not that much good. At the place of Pyaz now they mix Besan in it.So, please concentrate on the quality.
Pyaz kachori and lassi were our go-to brunch during our stay. The staff is helpful, tge place clean and food delicious. Do you need anything more?
Really osm restorant! 10 rating from my side . I personally liked their ghewar❤️
The pyaj and mawa kachori are famous items here. However I purchased kaju based sweet which was amazing.
Iconic place for pyaz ke Kachori ..Earlier they use to write rawat mishran bhandar on top now they write Rawat Empire .Earlier they use to serve Pyaz Kachori with good stuffing with chutney and price was 15 ..max 20 .Now they charge 35 or 40 without chutney and less stuffing .It shows only make your empire with increasing with prices and destroyed the quality and authenticity of place ..Very disappointed and not recommend to any other guest who came from outside Jaipur ..
Pyaaz kachori was really tasty but mewa Kachori was opposite of tasty. I would like to suggest the owner of property to provide some sauth or green chutney with Kachori. I was planning to buy 15 Kachoris for my family in delhi but i skipped buying it as no Chutney was provided.
Naam bade aur darshan chote. Well known place since my childhood, but not satisfied with the quality of sweet anymore. Just be carefull.
Loved this place. They have very amazing sweets. Most delicious is their raj kachori.Higene and very cooperative staff.
Best Ghevar i have ever had!Rest of the food items are also really good! They make amazing kachoris too, if youre in Jaipur, this place is a must visit, they have bakery goods too
For quality products it is best in its locality,.And famous for pyaaj kchori awesome taste.,Delicious. Must take a chance 😎😍
Best place ,if you are looking for onion kachori and the traditional rajasthani gewar (sweets) , as this shop is most famous for this .
Ive experienced the pyaz and aloo kachori quite big in size and taste definitely recommend but was short in time so cant taste the ghewar which Ive heard are delicious may be next time..
Its just the name only. Overpriced with less quality. Even they do not provide Chutney or Kadhi with Pyaz Kachori. I didnt like the taste either.
Awesome food Good Staff behaviourValue for money 8/10Price is very heigh compared to other Sweet shops
It is famous for its Pyaaz ki kachori and obviously it is the best. Do park in front as there is a parking problem. The guards will assist you. The food is delicious. Surely try the lassi and pyaaz ki kachori
Famous kachori and ghewar, best in the city. Great quality and taste.
Bad staff..Not behavior good also @Famous only thats good
Famous for Ghewar(Rs750toRs900), Onion kachori(Rs 40) and mewa Kachori(sweet)(Rs60). Ghewar was very good but too much rush.
Yesterday First time I went to rawat kachori with lot of expectations that kachori will be super yummy but I got not as expected. In my opinion I dont like kachori here.I also brought samosa which is better than kachori.
Kachori good other then mawa better then lmbServing/management is very poor
Recently visited this place , Had the famous Pyaaz kachori. The people working there dont know to treat the customer - We simply asked hari chatni to have it pyaaz kachri from multiple people out there and all of them said NO , we cant serve with pyaz kachri. We were ready to pay extra for that but still a big NO
Kachori is famous but now no old taste provide by Rawat Kachori..
Nice hygeine well maintained must try kachori very good in taste
This place is only recommended to those who doesnt like to eat chutney with kachori.. They have chutneys for chaat section but they wont serve you.. Ego problem because they have gained a goodwill.. After requesting and asking the reason for this no even was interested in explaining the reason also they didnt served chutney with it..i drove more than 500kms for this attitude..THIS PLACE IS STILL RECOMMENDED TO PEOPLE WHO LOVE KACHORI WITHOUT CHUTNEY.. ( Genuine Review)
The taste is awesome but guys the rates are very high as compared to other sweet shops. For e.g. The pyaaz kachauri normal rate is 15 rupees but here youll get it by 40 rupees. Pls dont waste time on trying, nothing special. Small vendor must be better then this.
Its good. I tried their onion kachori and found it tasty.
