Hello everyone The all reviews by me is total geniune. I wrote this review which I faced The service of this shop is very bad. I ordered a gift. But I didnt receive proper response of orders I was paid full payment of booke and chocolate but I recieved only chocolate. The all staff have no atticates to talk with customer. I tried many times to contact shopkeeper and either tell him the problem of all orders but they have only excuse not solution.Please I request to all customer please dont waste your money and time there .Thanks

Worst worst experience. They spoiled my day. They didnt deliver my order even after 12 hours of delivery time. And not only this they didnt attended my call didnt replied to My msgs. They even said sorry for the inconvenience they caused me. If u cant deliver the order at least tell your clients about this but no. The delivery time of my order was 6 pm and when I called their representative they said we dont know when it will deliver it may take minimun 1 hour but the order didnt arrive till 8 pm and after that they didnt received my call or answered my msg. If u were not able to deliver you should have told your client about this. You spoiled someones special day. Even after all this they didnt said sorry to me nor they refunded me my money. They show such irresponsible and careless behavior for their clients. Worst experience. Dont order anything from them.

Worst experience as the surprise which I need to give at 12 has came at 12:45 which is really disappointing that too flowers which were completely of no use till that time... Cool I have not paid for the delivery but that doesnt makes the diff rence in the quality of ur product.....The fruits on the cake were raw... The flowers i have recieved were as if like 10 days older.... So do regret on your fault... I completely suggest not to take any service from here
