Space is not much so you can’t visit in a large group but still It was so comfy. Service was good. Taste was ok. Cold coffee with chocolate was good. Place is peaceful.

Went to @brownsugarindia in Jaipur, and had this amazing Baked Lasagna 😍I had heard so much about their lasagna among my friends that I had to try, and suffice to say I was not disappointed at all.The presentation of the dish was so minimal yet attractive 😍 The baked cheese on top of the lasagna was buttery and piquant.As soon as the dish was served, the aroma it gave, it filled my senses and I started drooling right there 😂It was one of the best lasagnas I have eaten. The veggies were cooked just right, not too crunchy and yet not too soggy and pliable. The portion size of the lasagna was also in proportion to the rest of the menu 😊The crunchy and buttery bread given along the lasagna was so crusty and warm, and grilled to a perfection ❤️👌All in all, I went as a hungry person and came back as a happy one 😊

They provide stale food and food was smelling badly. I buy paneer Tikka puff and veg puff ,they both were stale food and smelling badly . so, I suggest never ever buy food from this Cafe or restaurant.

Coffe Experience was Nice

Repeatedly disappointed with this outlet over the years and finally decided to write a review.It started out with a few incidents of stale breads and other savouries a few years back. Learnt my lesson and stopped buying for some time. Then a horribly made cake a few months later, as again, it was the only bakery close to where the party was at. Finally a recent feather in their cap is spoiling my cousins bday a few days ago.We pointed out to the staff, our prior experiences, and asked them to recommend their cake which was most fresh, without any preference of flavor. We were suggested a fruit cake. When we took it home and took it out of the box to cut it, a fruit fly immediately left its abode in one of the fruits. As if that was not disgusting enough, the cut piece had a hair embedded into the sponge of the cake. Of course it had to be thrown away and our whole party was spoilt.In retrospect, I think even though we were dead tired, we should have travelled to a bakery located further away which was an ethical one, committed to providing tasty and healthy food to customers. Alas, this isnt it. Ill try to remember that, and itll be good if you do too. Im rather amazed at what gross negligence is observed on the part of this bakery and its staff consistently, order after order. Please purchase or eat anything here at your own peril.

I have ordered the fruit cake from malviya nagar branch but the cake delivered was not as shown in the picture of swiggy. This is actually cheating with customer.

Brown Sugar has come up with many outlets across Jaipur and this one being located on the main calgary road in malviya nagar. They have a small seating area. They offer a variety of bakes and cakes along with munchies, pasta, maggi and drinks, coffee. I have tried a number of dishes and drinks here and the taste is good. The preparations are fresh and the pricing is decent. The cakes are fresh and taste great. The staff is friendly and service is quick. Try this place for a good cafe experience

My favourite place while in Malviya Nagar for coffee. Must try is manchurian wrap and Chana Bun. Parking could be a problem. The staff is very Friendly.

Brown sugar is one of those cozy little places where you wanna catch up with your friends . The overall prices are reasonable ,the place can be a little small ,if you wanna have a big gathering but the ambience and service is quite good.

Highly dissatisfied, more by the attitude of the outlet employees & manager than the quality of food.We ordered 2 Cakes on ZOMATO today. The rider delivered us both the Cakes in the same carry bag, one on the other, hence, the the cake which was placed lower was suppressed by the weight of upper box and resulted into spilling of the same.The other cake which was placed upper was also having dust particles all over it which was definitely unedible.When we made a complaint, the outlet people they were not ready to listen at all, they were blaming the rider for the same and asked us to raise the issue with ZOMATO.They didnt have the basic acceptance and understanding despite being in the service sector that it is their duty to guide the rider or delivery person to carry the things nicely as it will also effect their reputation. They should have also given the rider 2 carry bags instead of one, to avoid this incident.Moreover, the instructions given while placing the order were also not followed by them. Also, we ordered one Black Forest Cake, but it was not authentic Black Forest. It was having coffee taste, which is not actual BlackForest.Highly pathetic behaviour from BROWN SUGAR Will never try any product from them and never recommend as well.

I ordered a cake with lots of minute shapers it was Avenger themed cake and beyond my expectation it was exactly copied and final appearance was as i wanted for my child birthday he was happy to see it although they are charging on bit higher side per pound which completly worth if u need finishing

They are just awesome. They offer a lot of varieties of cakes, pastries, doughnuts, shakes and chocolates which are really really good in taste. Apart from bakery items, go for their Coffee, Brown bread Cheese grilled sandwich, Hakka noodles and veg chowmein, these also taste amazing. Highly recommended for cakes and pastries.

Brown sugar has many outlets all over the city. This one in particular has a small seating area and isnt that spacious when it comes to cafes, but its still a nice and cozy hangout place and offers some great shakes, snacks, coffees and desserts. Afterall, its a bakery. And when it comes to that, Brown Sugar offers the most delicious cakes!Anmazing bakery and a so-so cafe with delish food ^_^

Worst experience, rude behavior of staff, not trained staff.if you want to have something, dont ask staff for the suggestions as they dont know the difference between normal coffee and black coffee.I requested the person to suggest me strong coffee and as per his suggestion I ordered espresso Americano without checking the menu and they served me black coffee.Obviously I knew the difference between normal hot coffee and black coffee if I wanted to have black coffee I would have ordered black coffee in the first place but I wanted to have a normal hot coffee and they served me black coffee.I requested the operator to change it to normal coffee, he said this is the Strong coffee which we have, you can take another one and we will charge you for both.Why would I pay you for both?? Just because you dont know the difference??Finally I end up paying for both.

Cool place to hangout with friends. Food quality is great and good options are available for cakes. But when it comes to service quality , from a past few months it has been horrible and is degrading day by day. I booked a cake for 1st jan in afternoon. But when i went to take delivery of the cake at night, it was sold by the staff and i had to compromise with some other cake. And this has happened twice in last 3 months. So guys prefer some other place if possible and consider it as a last option.

I Always had a delightful experience here. Great food, great place to hang out with friends. Food quality is good, service is little slow but I guess that depends on at what time you are going. Great place for teenagers.

Tried red Velvet which tasted normal as the combination of cream was equal in the pastry.They also have pasta and snacks. Ordered a white sauce pasta which was average.
