No value for customers time. I had to miss an appointment due to these people. They just kept me waiting and delivered orders placed after mine. When I reminded about my order then they started preparing and gave false excuses instead of accepting their mistake.Guy on cash counter was very unprofessional and was very stubborn.Quality of food is okay. Go for sandwich. I do not recommend pizza or cakes from here.Very bad experience.

Good For Bakery Items. But don’t visit for Pizzas here. Pizza Quality is very average. Better you go to Dominos which is best in Industry, Qualty, Size and Price also.

There is a person sitting on counter is mannerless and pathetic , not even attending customers attentively .He will treat you like you are having food free here ..I must say this person wil destroy this cafe and owner should think about it ..He dont have manner to treat people even food quality is average but somehow Behaviour of this individual person sitting on counter is pathetic and disrespectful .

One of the best bakery in Jhotwara area. Ordered a cake, it was delicious and designed as shown in online pic. They also serve premium quality snacks, burgers, pizza, pastry, chocolate. Also accept digital payment like PayTm, UPI payment etc. Diwali gift box are also available. Birthday cake, candles, caps & crowns are also sold here.

Always check the expiry of the product . Once you godown to shop they never accept your concern and complain and try to justify their position by using all unacceptable logics.On 1stOct20 I purchased 3 pizza base and paid 75 through Paytm. I could see later at home that use by date mentioned is 28th Sept on one piece and 29th sept on 2nd and 3rd piece . Today I called them in morning at their Kalwar Road counter and got to listen that it is mfg date and expiry date is to considered after 5 days automatically with no mention on packet. Wow ! What a logic.I had no option but to bear the loss of Rs.75 but will never visit this Bread Darbar counter.
