I will start from the beginning, I had gone to get my cars headlights adjusted as the focus was not proper, one of the customer relations officer came down and took the car inside the workshop and while he was doing that he happened to bang my car with another vehicle which was parked there. Although he agreed to what he did wrong and also said that they will get it repaired but still I went to the manager and reported the matter to him, the manager was helpful and acknowledged their mistake and said that the repair work would be done free of cost. It was late in the evening that day so I could not leave my car behind hence I told them that I would come back some other day and the manager agreed to it and gave me his card and on the back of it he mentioned about the damage that they had done. I went back to the workshop after almost a month as I was out of town, I gave that card to the manager, initially he took some time to recall what happened and that he has to get it repaired free of cost but later when I told him that I also want some other repair work done from their workshop which I would pay for then he suddenly remembered everything and agreed that all work would be done including the one which they had to do free of cost. Now begins all the not too good part, I left my car there and the insurance procedure started, I was supposed to get my car back within a week but they called me back after almost 11 days, that too when I started reminding them after a week of leaving the car. So I went to get my car back and I was told that it is all ready to be delivered as soon as I get there but that was not the case, after I reached there then my car was put up for washing and cleaning, the customers relation officer although was courteous but was taking a lot of time to get all the work done including the billing. It finally took almost 2 hours to get my car ready and all the billing and payment done. I had to make the payment by card and their card reader was discharged and the guy who would handle it was absent that day so they took me to some other guy in some other department, he first charged it and then after almost 15-20 minutes the payment was done. The work done on the car was good in spite of all the time that they took. The free of cost work which they had to do was done as promised. I would just like to end by saying that they should speed up their whole work process including the delivery of the car, and also their in house driving 😁, apart from that my experience was ok.

The workers are not trained for quality job. You will get ur job done in best manner only if the new parts are assembled. Denting painting job is not satisfactory . Even the works manager is not responsible, as he doesnt care about the customers valuable time.
