It has been the worst experience for us when we got our polo serviced by this service centre. They have no professionalism, literally scrapped our car from the back and took the engine cover and do not know what all. It has been 4 years that we have been getting our car serviced at VW Pune service centre and never ever faced such an issue, this is the First time we sent our car to this Jaipur centre and we are facing so many issues. The car does not look like serviced as it isnt running smooth like it does after service, seems like they just changed the oil and washed the car and sent it back. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!

Cant complain.. if you are in touch with right people there. I would say, it is one of the better service ctrs in VW service network.

If your car is broken and want to take it to the mechanic then i would suggest you dont take your car to these guys. They dont fix the car they will create more damage. The worst service centre i have been. They dont know anything.

Having real repo of the brand. Fully professional people are there to serve the customers. Always maintain the brand flagship.

Experience is ok, staff is polite, but service centre is not so big, sometimes there is long line of cars for washing and as space is narrow, there is always problem of moving the cars and risk of damaging own car and other as well. Otherwise everything is fine just like regular car service centre.

I was in jaipur with family for 3-4 days. My vw polo car was showing a throttle body error. So i requested Jaipur service centre to diagnose the car on urgent basis as I can not ride a long distance with this error. And we had already checked out from the hotel. So on my request they diagnose it on urgent basis and fixed the throttle body error. Thanks vw Jaipur team. Specially sartaj

Overall everything is perfect other than washing and cleaning...every time there washing quality embarrassed me.

Till date I have visited 2 times. The service adviser, Reception area even security team attitude is very polite towards the customer.I am visited the claim purpose, the information given by the service advisor very properly. Specifically Mr.Sitaram And Mr Narender choudhryWell sanitized area and maintained hygienic properly. This is the good sign for all customers.Thank you

Unsatisfactory services. Not be able to solve problems of my vento highline even in 5 days 3+2. I.e two times visited the service center and paid bill first time.

Earlier they were good but now the work quality and professionalnism has been very low. I am coming here from last 6 years. I have seen these guys being the best amongst others, but sadly they are now the worst.

Truly satisfied...My car got some serious issue with som spiral type of sign on car dashboard...I repaired it at kelwa before and they installed fake spintlers and fraud me.of 20k...later it stopped again and this time I bought my car to them and within matter of hours ORIGINAL Part was installed at 25k including cleaning and some other maintenance and I was provided with pure sanitization in lounge with coffee and regular supplies of water.I would suggest you to order food if you arrive at noon through food delivery apps ...Overall good experience and satisfied...Thanks Volkswagen

Not a Good Experience. They Dont take Customer Concerns Seriously. I have visited 3 Times for some Noise Issue but Still Not Resolved as they were not able to Notice Any because of Formal Road Test.

Service is fine but too pricey. they have also recently hiked their pickup n drop service charges to around 700 rs which is actually not worth it. plus sometimes their executives tend to give you advise to change parts of your car which may still be doing okay for the moment. this needs to stop.

A well maintained service center as per the name of the brand. Not so hi-tech in terms of customers point of view. A few more things can be added to customer zone like games and books (hindi literature specially) in the waiting lounge.The service representatives are well versed with product knowledge and customer dealing.

Approach to the service center is easy. Waiting area is also good. On time delivery of the vehicles. What may bother is that the cleaning staff does not want to do their jobs properly.

The place is good with a good customer lounge. Just make sure to remove any unnecessary things from your service estimate to save some money. A.C. disinfectant is the biggest rip off, never opt for it. Get dry cleaning and wheel balancing/alignment done from outside as they charge extra for it. And if your running is less dont let them replace parts which have thousands of kilometers of life left (check service manual for this)

I didnt expect this bad service from a renowned company like Volkswagon.1. The response when you visit the service centre is unwelcoming. No professionalism.2. I gave my car for service and little accidental damage repair work. They took 22 days, And meanwhile they didnt pick the calls and not informed the progress of work even properly.It was highly irresponsible.3. The pick and drop service from home is also flawed.In short these guys seem to be enjoying the monopoly of the service centre in the jaipur, and thats why they show no professionalism and take their customers for granted.If some one asks me whether he or she should buy volkswagon or not like. I would say dont and I think this service centre would be the sole reason for this.

They are good in communication at phone as well as reception but service part is not good. Recently I got first service of my vento car and asked them for wheel alignment and Tyre rotation.They charged and nothing was done and today only I got to know about this. Today called and they arranged for the same at 11:30 am.Now I have to call again and again to deliver my car even they promised to deliver by 4pm.The just charge money and provide below average seevice.

Worst service at this time, unexpexted cost calculated , , my cars horn was working properly before service but now its not working now facing many problems in drive,Door opening/ closing complained explained no solution were provided,I never want to go here for service, private car service centres much better and responsible.

Sent the car for annual servicing with the complain of issue in horn of working- non working. Got the car back stating its rectified.. After few days the same arised anad specially took off from officeo to take the car for servicing. After 3-4 hours the car was handed over to me with confidence that it has been tuned properly. A was asked to give the feedback and told them will check and get back. Again after 10 days the same issue arised with horn not working at all, above that the tuning happened in a way that car does not take a start when in gear.. On contacting the service station I was asked that we will will the car from MI road and take to sitapura.. asked them as who will bear the petrol money. Said that u have to bear that..told them in that case its better to get the work done from some other mechanic in Rs50.. The mechanics for VW are not well trained or has the knowledge as what to be done.. I am not very happy with the service offered by the center.. I know it must not be liked by few but its a genuine feedback.. I never ever faced such a problem with cars of Maruti, Hyundai etc..

Cooperative staff good service and everything but washing not up to expectation

When in Jaipur, you are left with no other choice except this service center for VW cars. The staff is polite, service is not up to the mark especially cleaning part. The cleaning staff doesnt know its duty well. I have seen their inefficiency for 3 times. May be the owner is not interested in improving this part because of his monopoly in Jaipur VW space. The service advisors are not well experienced and technically sound. Their main goal is how to take your service bill above 15000 so they may end up giving useless advise to you.In a nutshell, keep your eyes and ears open while putting your VW car for service here.

Expensive charges and quality of vehicle service has detoriated over the past years... Hope they improvise on customer happiness index rather than focusing & asking for 5 star rating from customers in the feedback over the phone.
