Ill mannered staff specialy Mrs. Komal and Mrs. Alka parik. Who always do bad behaviour with coustomers and call mad, bank manager is like a dummy, when I raised my consern he close his cabin door,. Actualy. Branch team dont know what is theirs duty and what to respond, worst bank, I going to close my account asap and requested people not to open Account in idbi bank
Very Bad..My Daughter Is Doctor by profession and she is serving in covid pandemic..she want an urgent account,so firstly they give her an new a/c and ask to wait for 4 pm ...Later on they keep on postpone the dates but till that date the account is not yet open still saying wait for 7 days more..This is something fraud..they also taken money minimal amount 2500 ..& they run even give the number of branch head..Dun knw what to do,really bad service in regarding urgent accounts.And they even dont bother ,how my daughter will stay for next seven days without money..how she can debit ..how she will go to hospital...this is something ridiculous .
