Worst services. Will call you for paytm credit card. When you apply, they will say your applications will not process due to citibank internal policy. Worst of all.
For collection of Atm in branch i visited at this branch, bank professional took 1 hour + to provide me the card which hardly takes 3 minutes. I was the only customer at the branch. Outside while parking my two wheeler i confirmed from one of the bank staff about secured parking. He didnt reply and when i came outside my two wheeler was towed up by police.Which wasted my 5 hours and created problem for my entire day..Please take action against your employees.
