Even though I just went in to wait for someone, I loved the ambience.Very cosy with books hanging from the roof as a décor element.Seating was limited but comfortable.Staff were helpful and got me my lemonade pretty quickly. Will try to come back again for sure and stay longer.

It is Nibs Gopalbari outlet. Easily visible from the main road. Google maps location is accurate. It has a good ambience. The food service was fairly quick. Proportions were good. It is a good casual place to hangout with family and friends. We ordered Pizza pockets, London pasta, corn fritters, Slutty brownie shake and Nutty Nutella shake. Highly recommended.

This is the best cafe in the world. Literally. I am obsessed with cafes and Ive been to almost 40 different countries--this is BY FAR my favourite cafe in the whole world. They have a gigantic menu, yet somehow everything on it is delicious. The store itself is so adorable, the service is amazing, they even deliver! Just fantastic.

Writing this review based on my sisters experience yesterday. She and her friend they ordered pasta from nibs through swiggy. As it was heavily raining the delivery guy was not assigned, the restaurant is at 300m from my house so they visited the restaurant as soon as it was little manageable to pickup as swiggy was running late 30mins plus.Once they entered the restaurant it again started raining heavily so they decided to order some nachos at the restaurant to have it there and also thought of having the pizza there itself as it was raining and couldnt leave at that moment.The store manager was extremely rude, he outrightly said it is outside food and i wont allow it. Now my question to this person is that if your customer(mind you they ordered nachos at the restaurant itself) is having trouble leaving the restaurant due to rain so as a courtesy couldnt you be nice. Have sone empathy. I and my friends have been visiting this restaurant innumerable times now. This incident was degrading! I strongly condemn this behaviour of the outlet manager. He needs to brush up his hospitality skills! Also order from swiggy is indirectly keeping you in business.Sorry I wont recommend a place which is bad to its customers how so ever the food is good or bad.

A paradise for chocolate lovers... They serve a wide range of chocolate drinks (hot and cold). One of the best cafe chains in town. It has a cozy and warm seating area good for chilling and even having informal work discussions.

We were blown away by this cafe. Really eclectic, neat interior decor and a really clever and varied menu. After being in India for two months, I was craving Italian style pasta and braced myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the most delicious Italian pasta Ive had in the Eastern hemisphere so far! And then, the chocolates! The sipping chocolate was divine, and the little chocolates in the window were luxurious. If youre in the area, definitely dont miss out on this little gem.

Worst experience ever. Food was unhygienic and burnt. Churros tasted like biscuits. On top of the bad quality of overpriced food, the service was just horrendous. Server Ram saw my friend using the wifi to upload a video to Youtube and decided to turn off the Wifi?? Upon confrontation he did not admit to it even though we saw him pressing the off button on the router. Would never come back again.

Ive been to Nibs in Jaipur before, there must be two unless it moved. Anyway, its not a problem. This store was on the ground floor of Ratan Niwas Hotel. I visited just before a main meal at the nearby Peacock Restaurant.It was a nice place with sofas & chairs. Big menu with various deserts – but also mains like pasta dishes and pizzas. I ordered a latte which was very nice and also a milk chocolate milkshake – really chocolaty, not too thick, served in a jam jar with a straw. A bottle of water was also given, I passed on this as I wasnt sure if it was tap water (it wasnt packages water, just water in one of their own bottles.) it was kind of them to offer though.All in all, definitely recommended!

Having had a great meal at one of their other branches, I tried out this outlet for lunch.The decor is very interesting, with cycle wheels and sprockets used tastefully, old books and wooden crates attached to the roof etc. The service was polite and fast.We ordered the hazelnut frappe, which is my favourite cold coffee, the four cheese pizza which is excellent and khul ja sim sim, which was nice apart from the taste of the tempered chocolate.I was particularly impressed by how well they packed 3 portions of hazelnut frappe that I wanted to take to Delhi.I love this chain and would definately keep coming back.

Its a lovely place to sit and work peacefully. My experience here was just awesome, hospitable staff specially Ritesh, yummy food ( I had hot chocolate and cheese toast), beautiful ambience and music. I am surely going to visit again soon 😊

What a lovely place to be! This one had been on my list since the day it was referred by my friend from Jaipur some time back. While I missed coming here the last two times I was in Jaipur, I made sure I took some time out for this place I had been yearning for since long.The ambience is mind blowing and so is their playlist. I mean it felt like they had played the songs just for me. Where do you find melodies by Hariharan playing in the backdrop? The music there just calms you down. I will be very honest over here, I had entered with a real foul mood, but the place changed everything for me.The menu was a huge turn-on. I guess it must be one for every chocolate lover. I ordered Pot of Love, Belgian Waffles and espresso shots. Not once do I regret ordering so much of chocolate. The Waffles were made with such care and affection that it was visible in the taste and the presentation.I can not describe how much I loved being at Nibs. We definitely need one Nibs in Gurgaon.

Most important - they dont clean there veggies - I found PLASTIC THREADS in gravy of Thai rice I ordered.1) if you have car - there is no parking space they own.2) there service is pathetic -a ) they didnt want to accept payment via nearbuy and gave every possible reason ... Cafe is empty but they wanted me to book a table in advanceb) I ordered a hot chocolate and dish , hot chocolate is delivered well after the dish is finishedc) they dont know how to serve the dishes , theyll just put food on table ... Without any servering spoon , you are made to serve it yourself , when I asked manager ... He says the waiter doesnt know how to serve .d) ordered green tea , I had to ask for sugar3) there portion size are arbitrarya ) I ordered Thai rice and quantity of rice was so less that gravy offered with was double the rice (which is supposed to be the base dish)b ) I ordered cheese bullet pasta , and it has not a trace of cheese , it was so dry and bad ... That Maggi pazta tastes much cheeser and betterc) I ordered green tea and for all there charges, they give me hot water with 2rs tea bag .d) with there coffees and teas they offer complimentary biscuits - ITS SO SMALL THAT YOULL FEEL ASHAMED EATING IT and that too they offer only 1.Overall a pathetic cafe with matching service
