VERY BAD SERVICE, NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE AND SERVICE IS VERY LATE , THEY DONT HAVE NOBODY TO RECEIVED CALL. ITS STAFF IS VERY CRUEL.

Unprofessional Staff. Emails bouce backs. No-one cares once the account opens.Thanks for your response.....thats really so innocent. You are asking for my ID in public. Shows the seriousness of market guys about the business. Your people reponse is so unprofessional when I call them. I am following up with 4-5 of your people from last 5 days. They have no interest in solving problem. I am now closing down all my business with you guys. Thanks for the experience. And yes, escalating the matter.I give you -5 stars for the poor service.

Please dont go with Anand Rathi. Staff is not professional at all. Theyre dont care once the account is gets opened.

Beware of mis-selling by the agents. My experience with them was OK until one of their agent had sold me a high-premium policy that was not in my interest and when I tried to cancel this under free-look instead of helping me (as their client) they collaborated with the Insurer so that Anand Rathi could have their commission.STAY AWAY from them

Apart from all the flaws that are being highlighted our office is a place where work is not just for the sake of business enhancement, there is an emotional attachment with the client as well. I hope we could serve more effectively and efficiently.
