Sky Terraces project at Shipra Path Jaipur was designed by Ideas. It is a flawed design and speaks of inexperienced architects trying to appease the client.Ask the residents who are suffering from the poor design and also the hopeless workmanship supervision.Theres not an inch of green area or playground for children, even though it could be provided. The visitors must leave their vehicles on the roadside and walk 100 meters to enter the building. Theres no rain guard on any window so you invariably get your carpets spoiled. The stainless steel hand rail on the balcony is anchored onto a hollow wall section and is too unsafe just in case it is trusted to be safe. Beware if you try to look down below from your balcony, theres nothing over your head to protect you from falling objects. The staircase is a nightmare as children can slip through the railing gaps and fall to sure death.The fire fighting system is an eyewash. Theres no smoke extract system.Typical corrupt Indian design. The project was sold as ultimate luxury project. But it is rubbish.
