I found him immature. He has recently started his career in architecture field and in no time he became so puffed up of his work that he does not value customers. When we appreciated his architectural work, he was happy. But when we told him to improve on interior designing, he was reluctant to improve. We wanted to give him more work and at the same time help him improve his work but he believes that, what he has done, is perfect.He has to improve a lot on his self management, client dealings and professional etiquettes. This is the time for him to work hard and improve instead of becoming puffed up.I wish him all the best for all his future endeavours. Hope, he will take this review in right spirit and improve further.
