Sofa is not durebal and fabric low quality and foam not 32 density using

A bit lengthy but I don’t want anyone else to have a terrible experience like me.I placed an order for a 3 seater sofa on the 13th of October. They promised to deliver on the 31st of the same month. A few days later, they said that they can deliver on the 4th. We asked for pictures of work-in-progress but they kept acting flaky and made excuses like “aap finished product hi dekhna. It will be amazing”. A night before it was to be delivered, I called them up only to be told that all the workers got covid. They said they needed 5-6 days more. I asked them to share pictures of whatever was done (after 20 days, you would expect a nearly finished product?). They said they couldn’t share pictures. I knew it was an excuse because they hadn’t even started making the sofa.Another review said last year how they took 3 months to deliver an order intended for diwali. I don’t know what their deal is but clearly they cannot handle orders and just over commit. I got the refund easily but my whole diwali is going to be ruined now since all the other pending work (paint, electricity, decor) was supposed to be according to the sofa. They kept dilly dallying me for 20 days. Lied to me. And that is simply not something you do to a customer who did not give you any brief except to just stick to the deadline.
