Bogus security guards, involved with inside shop keepers. No hold of society.

The place is nice from inside, good security and has shops in the complex so buying vegetables, food items, etc is very easy

Well maintained colony, parks in between the blocks, recreation facility and community Hall are available.All flats are well ventilated, lift facility is available. Unique towers is a cluster of flats in Pratap Nagar. Build by UB developers of Jaipur, its a nice housing society. Has swimming pool, gym, open lawan, parking space and other amenities. One flaw is its distance from Railway station and bus stand. And at times it is difficult to get auto or bus, and you jave to walk around a kilometer to get one
