Its built on Jaipur Pink City theme and the exterior color of residential apartments is pink with decent size balconies and old city style layout. Residents have done lot of interior walls restructuring after occupying apartments but the exterior is intact. There are shops in ground floor and residential apartments on top. The buildings quality is average but apartment price has gone up very high in just few years. The complete area has developed quite well. Its bit dirty at times but overall shaping up well.
