Akshat Meadows project sanitary and plumbing work very poor condition, drain chambers not sealed and leaking water, due to that seal problem, all internal water pipe line also not good. sewage pipe line also not sealed properly. only design is good but construction is very bad condition. i am facing lot of problems. to rectify water leakage i spent 10 lakh rupees additional from my pocket. other projects i dont know. all unit haveing same problem.

This township has villas which are independent. Inside the villas, you will feel very good in living a good facility and royal life. Parking space is good and facilities are very good here. But there is indoor games.Apart from being inside the Peaceful area, the greenery here is very good, pollution is free environment.Due to being on the main road, it is easy to reach many large hospitals and facilities from school and all other facilities which are very close.

Though it is little far off from main city but for those who have work location near about this area , this is surely a place to go for.Club house is fully equipped with all kind of sports facilities. Affordable homes is not a dream anymore. This private developers constructed society is spacious, clean, safe, and entertaining. Wide streets in between, two big gardens, community hall with many ammenities, timely solution to problems if theres disturbance in electricity, water or even if your maid is not on time. The guards are always alert and walking around so no foul action has happened here till date. I personally love the swimming pool and the badminton court. The gym has all basic equipments and small kids and play around on swings and other toys in the Kids Park. The society has a common corner shop and an ATM. Nobody can enter without notifying the guards at gates and they call the home owner for permission before sending the visitor to them. The rent is also not very costly. Its calm with almost no traffic noise. I love living here...

Being located in the outskirts a project which offers you complete serenity and silence.. What I think personally is that market facility near project is very poor. Residents has to go very far atleast 15 to 2o mins with their own vehicles. Akshat meadows offers a lifestyle completely suited for NRIs, Retired officers and people looking for peace, tranquility and away from noise of daily life. A must visit project atleast as they are not left with much units.

Final destination to live. All facilities available here for a lovely lively life. Gym+lush green park+ swimming pool + security+ parking+ cafeteria+ ATM facility and many more

Extremely good place to live. I agree its far from city but people staying here mostly have their own conveyance and Vaishali Nagar is close by so dont face any such issues. Earlier electricity used to be an issue, which hasnt caused any trouble of late. Mobile connectivity though is poor here and 3G, 4G seldom work.

Awesome place.....its far from main city so you will breath fresh air for sure...villa looks awesome....my friend lives there and I am telling you this place is one of my dream places where I would like to live with my family...

I am at my relatives, safe ,clean and includes all neccessary needs but far away from main jaipur city and u wont get any transport means from here excluding Ola or uber...
