Kudos to the architect..I mean they have built approx 500 flats in such a structure that each and every flat is 3 sided open having perfect ventilation.

They are Fraud. They advertise property so well that customer believe on them. After receiving money from customer they never response him.All properties shown by him is fake.Never also pay brokerage to agents and salary to employees.I will never recommend this builder.If you believe on Aashish Kumar its like you are throwing your hard earned money.

I am NRI and invested the hard earned money with M/S Aashish group that was the biggest mistake of my life. Four flats were booked and paid 6.0 lacs as advance in 2014 project name Anandam - Kota. Project is never started. Money invested in that project has not yet been returned by the builder til date. After so many follow ups and reminders, the builder has stopped responding to our calls.Another project from Aashish group 2010 DEVASHISH CITY KOTA, Amount paid 45 lacs (95% of villa amount), even after follow up since last three years, villa is not being registered in our name. Before investing in  M/S Aashish, make sure you are going to deal with irresponsible builders.Please be cautious before investing.

The infrastructure facilities are great and intelligently designed. All the basic needs are fulfilled. A good option to choose real estate in Jaipur. Affordable project at good location.

Poor progress at the Aamir sight. Unlikely to be completed even in 2021. Those who have booked flat will have to wait longer.
