Area is mor outer to jaipur towards ajmer. Plot are good but no discounts giving. More projects are available there.

Poor architect work. Outer layout difference in alternate villas.. Bedrooms are worst designed.Bed position is in a way that your legs will face south in every bedroom. Recently bought a villa in there and so much dissatisfied that want to sell this ASAP.Location disadvantages. Cut off from Jaipur.
