I have travelled across the world and lived in multiple luxurious properties but have never got the kind of special attention and hospitality like the Palace by the Park.The Architecture of this place is based on a Palace design. The exterior and the interior of the buildings gives you a palace feel with the amenities and service of a 7 star property.I have never met any staff who is so courteous and helpful. During my entire travel and stay, I was in constant touch with Mr. Devenra and Mr. Harish as I was here for a Marriage booking. Unlike other people whom who find in the sales offices, both of them understand the client needs and very surprisingly helped us to find ways to reduce our costs so that we can book this property at a more reasonable price. I have visited 5 other properties in Jaipur where the sales manager were trying to oversell me and extract more from me.Even during the hard times of pandemic for the hospitality industry, really appreciate Mr. Harish and Mr. Devendra going above and beyond to help us out.The food is awesome, the chef can prepare the food based on you taste buds and liking and again the waiters and serving staff is super helpful.If you are looking to book a hotel for a wedding with the best facilities, modern amenities and a Palace Architecture. Great architecture, pleasant ambience, very tasty food. We had lunch at this property while driving from Jodhpur to Agra. It was a very busy day at restaurant because of some conference but the staff was very helpful. Food was very tasty.

This is a heritage look-like venue located on ajmer road highway in Jaipur Rajasthan, near the Pink Perl Marriage Garden. It offers 106 total no. Of rooms with different categories & having much maintained venues which are - Pool, central courtyard. Lawn. Banquets & nice cozy lobby area to spend time with your friends & family. Visited this property for wedding purpose because of large area of property that they have.It is good for wedding purposes as it have ample amount of rooms where the guests can stay and have banquet halls for functions.The rooms are also spacious and well organised the have suit rooms also.Didnt experienced their servicing as I havent stayed at the property but it must also be good.Some rooms were also under construction as they may be on a expansion stage.All in all a good property to stay.

I have visited this property today itself ( Aug 14, 2021)My experience over this property is too worst at all..I have experienced very disgusting behaviour from their staffs ... although property is so amazing and beautifully designed. I want to tell this for everyones information that two people named HARISH and DEVENDRA working in ZONE PALACE BY THE PARK, VILL, Ajmer-Jaipur Expy, Narsinghpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302026 in sales department ,I want to tell all the event attendees and all hoteliers that these two persons work together and ask for bribe from event person who is unknown to them ....When the event person comes to them, they take all the guest information from him....Eventers ask for commission/bribe and if they do not pay commission according to their demand, they bring their own agent in the middle and book event by his name(their agent) so that they can take a substantial amount in the middle from particular event.Any agent who works so hard in the market for events and , when he comes with a booking, then some people like this cheat and do fraud with him.I request the hotel owner and general manager to take strictest action against both of them otherwise they will spoil the name of your hotel and no agent will suggest your hotel to any guest for any event .Every person works hard to earn something and if such people do cheating in between then hard work is useless.I have been cheated, I am writing this only so that no other event person is cheated like this and he should be alert

This place is immensely beautiful, there is no doubt in that. But I really think the Hotel must hire more staff to offer quick and easy services.

This is my favourite property in Jaipur. They never disappoint.Firstly the ambience, they have done so much justice with the land. Used it to their best. Quality of rooms is good, pool side and restaurant is also nice.Good thing, youll always see sun rays in most of the hotel areas. Great work in making.The food is simply brilliant, chefs at their best.A must visit, this place is totally a treat for marriage or small gatherings both.Location is really really good, near Pink Pearl.

Grass is greener on the other side.This property looks good from outside however lagging in so many things in reality. Somehow they just managed to get 5 star rating. It looks royal from outside but owner saved money in almost all areas which you may feel like lobby areas, toilets, common sitting space etc. It looks very local construction camouflaged by heritage artifacts.Attended an event and food was yak, almost all dishes were not good in taste except biryani.This place is for those who wants a 5 star tag in 3 star budget.

Its a good hotel a bit off from the highway. Mine was a short visit so cant really say much about the service but they have a good event venue if you can afford it. Sprawling garden and beautiful architecture makes it more alive. Definitely worth the occasional visit.

Very good hotel with 100+ rooms available. The rooms and entire hotel is situated a little out of city but very peaceful and beautiful place. You can plan your weddings here. This hotel is very popular for weddings. Rates are decent and service and quality is very good.

I have recently visited the hotel to attend a banquet function. It was an open air. The hotel has been beautifully built with a haveli structure. Team members very polite.However, talking about the quality of the food, its highly depressing. Assorted mousses were mere whipped cream with flavourings. In the name of lasagne.. enchiladas were placed.. I am really amazed with the Chefs creativity.The hotel really needs to work on the food aspect.. also the service staff lacked grooming- not shaved and obnoxious body odour. Suprised how a F&B Manager could afford such minor yet pivotal glitches

A great place for grand functions but the food is not that great . But the place itself is just amazing and made in traditional Rajasthani style with modern touch and luxuries.

A great palacial hotel on main Ajmer road near first toll point towards Ajmer from Jaipur. The hotel looks like some palace from the history, but has been built recently.

My new favorite resort in Jaipur!!Its situated at the outskirts of Jaipur, very close to Pink pearl water park. The signages are easy to find and the property is situated a few meters inside Ajmer road.First of all, its a lavish property, with decent sized grounds both outside and within the building. The Banquet halls are quite big and comfortable.But its the room size and the enormous bathrooms, where the owners have opened their hearts out. Very nice rooms, ours had a great view of the big swimming pool, which was closed at the time due to the Covid pandemic, but was still well maintained.The food was fresh and tasted great, could hardly find fault with any of the dishes.A special mention to the GM, Shekhawatji who made our stay so memorable, and was available at all times with his smiling hospitality. Thank you for all that you did for us.

Beautiful property with amazing food.

Good place for party and function, prompt services, food is ok, rooms are good enough. But little bit costly

Hotel good for photography but the rest of the halls was very far and the food was also not tasty washroom were really appreciable but many rooms were small and conjusted and the rooms also didnt have any ventilation and much more facilities were not there

Wonderful place for stay and food

The property is new, clean and good , but no activities make it a little boring place.. there is only a swimming pool without any other thing.. so must improvise on it....the food is good and hospitality also nice.Most of the rooms have a couch too,making it easy for families to accommodate...The lobby is full of pictures of jaipur which are very old and really nice to see.....

My family had a wonderful experience here. It is surely the best venue for destination wedding. The hotel catering is top notch and so is their hospitality. Looking forward to many more stays and functions here!

Very nice place

This is not a 5 star resort.I stayed there for 3 nights as part of a wedding party, and my experience was pathetic. Slow service and untrained staff who are incompetent to assist you with basic necessities. I had to wait for 3 hours to get a bottle of water delivered. The food was sub-par, at best.I had requested the front desk to arrange for a cake and some modest decorations to celebrate the anniversary of my parents a day before. None of that was arranged because it was too short a notice for them.Please take your business elsewhere.

Had a wonderful 10 days stay and thoroughly enjoyed the moments,three cheers for the staff and hospitality 👍👍

Lovely place for family vacation

1 hour from Jaipur this property is specifically built for weddings. We planned a wedding there and won’t recommend others do so. If you are planning on visiting Jaipur on a holiday this place is not for you- stay in the city. Its a beautiful horizontal property that gives you the feeling of Jaipur but unfortunately hasn’t been maintained that well. Its only been a few months and you see the wear and tear.Since the property is normally empty other than wedding season, they are short staffed and service is below average average. Infact the service is definitely lacking and the management does not seem to care.The rooms are a plus. They are big sized and comfortable. However the taps and showers in all the bathrooms are very slow and not great.The food in the restaurant was very bad. When we had food there once when we went to see the venue it was good but the 4 days for the wedding we were very disappointed. For the functions, they improved it to average but it was definitely lacking. The service was also very slow and you can expect minimum 30 minute delays to the time you have given.The gardens are not well maintained either.The biggest disadvantage is the management. Compared to working with other 5 star hotels they were not that corporate and very inflexible. Maybe because they have not handled those many weddings or are not experienced but the customer service and hospitality is definitely lacking.

Nicely built property. Simplistically designed interiors and palace style exterior makes its overall architecture outstanding. Though its not fully operational hence lot of services yet to start. Rooms are very cosy & comfortable and are adequately spacious.Banquets and party lawns are also good but yet to be decorated well.Overall property is a good spot for weekend outings with friends & family and for partying.

This hotel is not good for wedding place we feel lots of problem in our wedding occasion. there is so smelly area at pool side and back garden . no one is standing there 10 to 15 min only. kitchen size is very less for wedding food.althogh hotel staff is good behaviour and courteous to all guest.Tried to another good place instead of this place.
