Shahpura House, Jaipur is an excellent Heritage Hotel and Palace of Shahpura Royal Family. We had a wonderful stay in their Shahpura Suite. Rooms were clean and most important they had iPad docking station in the suite which was a relief. Washrooms are very beautifully designed with intricate Marble work
Its was an amazing stay. The ambience was so royal and staffs were humble and hospitality at its bestIf you ever visit Jaipur. Please do make bookings for it. Im sure you wont be disappointed, rather be glad and stunned by the beauty of this place. 5 star is the least I could give, it deserves more. The best stay till date ✨
Amazing property,in the heart of Jaipur, ultra luxury. You feel like from a royal family. Nice summing pool. You can spend a day roming around and looking each nook and corner of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and and food is good too. Breakfast spread is ok. If you love to take photos its best place for photo shoot.
Nice location, lovely ambience, courteous staff and delicious extravagant breakfast. Worth staying here ! Cheers..
There are multiple reasons why this is rated the “Most Beautiful Hotel in the Jaipur” - while the architecture is splendid, the hospitality matches it to make it an unmatched experience even for well travelled folks. In a row of popular restaurants and Bars …Shahpura House is a boisterous spot with an all-embracing bar and lounge. The ambience can be described as a meld of a heritage with a voguish touch to it. The seating options are well planned and comfortable.Shahpura House lives up to its name attributable to a fabulous modern bar and rooftop RASA with the bartender doing his tricks and a comprehensive drinks menu that they feature. With a range of regular and fancy liquor options to a plethora of elegant cocktails. The customer service is top notch, absolutely flawless.A hotel plucked straight from the Rajasthani history book, this is an awe-inspiring, jaw dropping and painstaking labour of love from people who know what they do and how to do it.Every detail in this hotel in impeccably crafted and draws gasps of disbelief from customers who know their art and craft and just wide smiles and pure joy from customers who dont. Our Royal Suite was beautifully and painstakingly decorated and really comfortable for me and my family.A 5 star experience is something me and my family will come back to time and again.Thank you and keep up the great work.
Very much renowned hotel of Jaipur. Specially for rich people. Person with a higher income prefers to stay here. I have seen and attended the weddings too in this hotel. Everything is perfect, be it decoration, lighting, staaf, parking and other hotel facilities are too good to enjoy.Perfect stay with the nature view.
I am writing this honest review on the basis of my stay in the Shahpura house. I dont understand why people write so positive about this place. I went there with my parents 3 days back. As per the other sites, this place is exceptionally clean, authentic food, good ambience etc etc. everything is wrong. We booked through agoda on the basis of positive reviews and amazing rating and got some good deal.So here is my experience, we checked in 2 rooms, around late evening types. one for my parents and second for us. So in my room, bedsheet was not clean, ac was not working, we requested them to change the room. We moved to the next room around 12:15am. Same issue with the changed room as well. Bedsheet was not clean, i didnot sleep whole night due to itching. Because the bedsheet was infected and not clean properly.Next morning same thing happened with my parents room. And one of the shocking was used sanitary pads instead of tissue paper.Food was not good and chai was also bad.Its my humble request to everyone, please write honest reviews because someone on this planet is book the hotel on the basis of reviews. Please check all the photos. And do check the sanitary pad one..
Shahpura house one of the best hotel in jaipur there are multiple restaurants. The staff of the hotel is so kind and the whole hotel is very clean. Starting from their main gate to the reception, to the waiting area, to the corridors, to the dining area everything is beautiful and well maintained... Must visit here..
Beautiful luxury heritage hotelIt was my family trip to Jaipur and i met my expectations from this hotel. Good spacious rooms, delicious food and helpful staff. Would come back again
Luxury Hotel of Shahpura Royal Family in Jaipur. Each area of the Hotel gives essence of Royalty. Wonderful staff and great food
Lovely place to stay jaipur vibes.
The narrow lane on which hotel is located is full of dirty water after half an hour rain. Cant go out even upto own carNo driver in hotel , no parking
Full luxury hotels I love it😍
Its the most beautiful place hotel I have ever stayed at. Just a palace. Every corner and everything makes you feel as if you are in a palace and will spot a king and a queen shortly. The Maintenance of the common areas is superb. The place is spotlessly clean. Coming to the rooms , they are spacious with all royal furnitures. The bathrooms are great with stuffs made up of sangmarmar. The food served is again of superior quality with variety. The staff is so helping and knows how to server customers better.I did not want to leave this place but vacations comes to an end so quickly. I will again go and stay there whenever i go back to jaipur again. I recommend advance booking for this place as this a. Heritage hotel and very popular among the tourists. This place is a five star for me ***** Great Art

Wao what a beautiful Hotel this is. This is really a beautiful architecture with some black and white pictures of maharaja,s .
It was overall a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The hospitality, food and people added a bonus point for the overall quality of stay. Will surely recommend it if youre planning to experience a royal elegant luxury stay for two or three days.
Luxury Heritage Hotel in the Heart of Jaipur. Amazing Service and Tasty Food at RASA. Attentive Staff and Rooms given to us were Shahpura Suites, which are designed so Beautifully and each corner of this Hotel depicts luxury
Food quality doesnt meet the expectations as per the prices and ambiance. I would highly recommend not to eat food.

Beautiful Property!Pool and SPA were closed due to COVID.4 stars due to lack of other health facilities like Sauna, Steam room, Gym, etc.Lovely rooms, excellent room service by Ravi and his colleagues.Other highlights would definitely include:1. Polite staff2. Great in house cuisine on the ground floor3. Neat and clean rooms
Good for small parties and stay. Not recommended for wedding.
Everything was good except food. Food way expensive and quality not as per prices.
The best hotel in jaipur I have encountered with.
Rooms not gud..breakfast not gud...over priced...no views yu ll see buildings and homes in periphery
The interior of the hotel is really good but the service of the housekeeping staff was very disappointed. Not enough staff was there to even provide you basic things like water bottles which was meant to be provided daily. Had to call the housekeeping staff multiple times to get these, even then not everything was provided. The breakfast was okay but the service was very slow. So, if one gets mesmerized by the property which is well built keeping the services secondary, only then it would be a good option.
Very poor check in at 2am. Was refused checkin even for prepaid booking with reason that checkin date has passed. Rest is normal; nothing extraordinary
The property is like mini-palace.. well maintained and peaceful.. staff is super co-operative. it was our first vacation after covid time, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Luxury Heritage Hotel in the Heart of Pinkcity. Must a Visit
Excellent property. Heritage outlook.
Honestly speaking, some places, no matter how beautiful they already are, the essence of it is further enhanced by how they are being presented and then surely, who is presenting it. We heard about the place from quite a number of folks, so surely wanted to have a walk around. And Mr Aditya was no nice and calm , elegant to company, really took care of us and did took enough pain to shows us around. Luvd the place, especially the ethnic (read royal) look which being maintained by its owners. Neat, niche, nice !!! Worth a visit for sure !
Its was great !!! Bt its take time to understand
Royal place. Must stay here whenever in Jaipur
This hotel will give you real Rajasthani feelings in terms of hospitality, food, and architecture. Best hotel to stay in jaipur. Everything was perfect and more than my expectations. Rooms will give you true palace like feeling, lobby common areas are very well decorated. Breakfast buffet was extremely tasty. Will definitely visit again.
Hotel not comfortable for my senior citizen parents who checked in there. They had to move to another place. Poor did. Not a heritage property as it claims
Best place i have ever stayed in
Beautiful architecture and lovely heritage ambience. Great place to stay!
Superb Haweli...nice decoration yummy food Rasa restaurant need and clean all safety as per the covid-19 rules.rofftop view very beautiful one of the best Luxury stay staff so copretive.
Hospitality of staff is based on which type of room you have booked. Even room cleanliness also decided on the same.
What should i say and what not...The atmosphere, vibe of this hotel is awesome, Housekeeping staff and In Room dinning staff are quick and cooperative...The check in procedure are quiet easier and enjoyable (garlanding culture).. Restaurant is good but the food taste is not as the hotels name....food varieties are no doubt fine but the taste is not satisfactory...
This place is best to stay its an heritage hotel there you can have full joy of rajasthani old cultureMust visit.. 😄
Nice AmbienceNice and clean roomsService could be better with less wait time and delays. However, it is acceptable considering COVID situation.Buffet menu was nearly average. Could have been much better.
Its such a picturesque place..right from the point you enter upto the last Corner. If you want a touch of Rajasthani Royalty in ur stay pls go for it. You will get many other regular hotels (5*) etc. In the city But Shahpura is worth a visit (that too in the same price range). I didnt try much food..just the breakfast that was included in the package, but, the hospitality was appreciable.
They have under rated themselves. It is such a beautiful property that I found it better than Hawa Mahal or City Palace. The staff is so kind and the whole hotel is very clean. Starting fr their main gate to the reception, to the waiting area, to the corridors, to the dining area everything is beautiful and well maintained. The property is very wide and 5 floors high and has Swimming Pool, Garden etc. The buffet breakfast is amazing and has lot of varities. I will recommend this hotel one hundred percent. Book it without any doubts. I stayed for 3 days and didnt find any major issues.
It was lovely place. Royal house. Just luv it. Food was really tasty.🙏💓
Excellent hotel polite staff, well maintained roomsexcellent breakfast can increase variety but food was good enjoyed ny stay
Excellent property very Royal and Heritage interior 👌 Im involved 👍
Perfect Destination to spend good time. Heritage experience was just awesome.
Worst hotel for stay, staff is pathetic
Its a nice property to book for a memorable tour to Jaipur. Hospitality to a great extent, services are prompt and food quality is too good.
Pleasent stay with best service
Very good place. We liked it a lot
Amazing stay..
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The bar is intimate and has a pool table which we liked as a small group. The mattress could have been better but it was suitable. Quality of the room and bathrooms overall were fantastic. Breakfast was nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The only disappointment was the cost of laundry services that was done by item so we didn’t bother cleaning a load here and went to UClean around the corner which just weighed all our laundry and got it back to us the same day for a great price.
Beautiful hotel to stay
Wonderful stay in an historical heritage
Loved the hotel. Amazing place to stay with a very good staff
So beautiful house it is...well mentained....staff are very polite and GivingGood Service...if any one have to go jaipur again thn i will suggest this hotel.......and the breakfast also was Good...
Good hotel.
Great place to stay!
Wonderful place to stay
Love this property. After 6 months in lockdown traveled to jaipur and had best time with some delicious food. Property was sanitised even while checking in they did sanitise our bags also.
Very nice and safe place to stay. Staff is also very nice.
The property is very good but the housekeeping was below average. Had to call the housekeeping staff multiple times to get the basic things and even then the response was unsatisfactory.
Nice, need to be more professional.
Services are good and staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and food is nice.
The hotel is more like a haveli and is the former residence of the Shahpura family, who now run a chain of heritage hotels across India. As soon as you enter the premises, you get a homely feeling and also an expectation of royal hospitality since the decor features intricate wall paintings, a combination of velvet and gold modern furniture, and smooth marble floors. The property isnt huge and that is really what lends a sense of warmth and comfort during the entirety of your stay.Coming to the rooms, we stayed in a suite that was very spacious, had traditional wooden beds with Jaipuri quilts, warm lighting, a separate sitting space, a stocked minibar, a cable TV, ample charging ports, and an iPod dock to help you groove to your favourite music while you get ready (thats how we roll; guilty!). The bathrooms a delight as well with all the necessary amenities and sensor lights. The rooms, however, are all non-smoking and you need to head out into the balcony if you wish to smoke. A special mention for the hotel staff who are on call 24-hours a day and are super-friendly and mindful of your needs. All the rooms at Shahpura House come with breakfast which was a decent spread of continental and Indian grub. The hotel has a decent-sized swimming pool where you can soak in the sun, a game room with a billiards table, a library, a rooftop restaurant (we sadly didnt dine at) and a royally decked up bar. You can also buy traditional Jaipur clothes and souvenirs at the Shahpura Collection store inside the hotel.Shahpura House is a 4-hour 30-minute drive from Delhi, a 30-minute drive from Jaipur International Airport, and an eight-minute drive from Jaipur Railway Station. Prices for the deluxe double room start at INR 5,999/night and can go up to INR 11,499/night for the Shahpura suite.
Nice place in the posh locality of Jaipur. Little away from main city. The rooms are spacious and toilets are excellent. Just that when you book through sites like Agoda, OYO, etc. You are given the worst of the rooms. If you book directly through the hotel you get best of the property, and you also pay a higher price for it.The hotel has only a swimming pool to talk of health club facilities and nothing else. The pool is also closed due to Covid and winter conditions at present. Not bad to try at all for this price.
It is a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere. Staff is nice especially Mr. SUNEEL at the reception, helpful & knowledgeable with your tourist inquiries. Also the cook making omelets at breakfast is real nice.Room was very clean & spacious with working AC & hot water, kettle, safe box etc. Breakfast was good with some changes daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend this hotel highly to my friends & family.
Awesome place everyone must visit once.
Awesome Place to stay
Excellent place. Perfect hospitality. You getbroyal feeling here.
I have been there with family & friends and the first thing of disappointment was location. The moment you reach location you will realise that you been been fooled with exotic photos of property.Cons -Check in at 5 PM (4 hours late)Location - Bad - In residential colony (just like 3-4 plots are merged to create the hotel)Food / Brekafast - very slow service and hlaf of the items gets finished within 1 hr of brekafastStaff - Very limited staff.. kept follwing up for small things
Place is nice would like to recommend others too
Awesome place.... Best experience to have... 😊
Dream place, a historic building with beautiful paintings and frescoes. The cuisine is very good, the buffet is preceded by a plate of chicken and vegan meatballs.Animation with folk dances and Indian costumes. The dancers involve the guests during dinner by making them dance.an oasis of peace.nice also the performance of the puppets.Try it for dinner only.
We stayed at 3 night in December 2019. Really enjoyed a lot. We had an absolutely fantastic experience here at Shahpura House. From the moment of arrival until our check out we felt very welcomed and comfortable at this hotel. Magnificent decoration, great restaurants and facilities. Room was very clean, spacious well equipped nice decorated and comfortable. Bathroom is very nice and spacious. Foods are very testy. Reception staff specially Ms Shneya and Mr Paresh is very friendly and helpful. We will remember them. All staffs are very helpful and prompt. We strongly recommend to stay this hotel when in Jaipur.
This was the most beautiful hotel we stayed during our visit to India. It was actually a palace and it has some really amazing rooms for common use as the billiards room, a couple of sitting rooms and nicely decorated halls. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was nice. The only downside was that our room was facing the ventilation (?) facilities and there was noise coming from there 24/7. We requested a room change because of that and our new room was better.
We had wonderful experience of staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel to stay if you are in Jaipur as you will feel like you are staying in a palace. Look and feel of this hotel is like that. Beautifully decorated, neat and clean. Restaurant food taste is good but bit overpriced. Friendly staff and members.
