This hotel is a Government owned hotel. Rooms and washroom are fine. Ac is centralised and effective. TV is CRT not led . Mini refrigerators are there but not in working condition. However they provide Electric kettle with tea and coffee kit. Room service is prompt. To water is provided in rooms by old water bottles. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which provides breakfast lunch and dinner. They give 30% discount if you eat at restaurant. Food is reasonable.Not a very upscale but still good. Located just 2km away from railway station.Affordable hotel.Would recommend.

The rooms were fairly clean (except 2 of our groups room had to changed due to odor), but the bathroom was below hotel standards. The bath tub felt like its never been cleaned, and the toilet lever needs to be pushed in not pulled to the side like a normal toilet lever. There are no signs posted either. You either figure it out, or they finally let you know when you ask why the toilet doesnt flush. As for the shower, 3 strands of water shoot out of the shower head. The restaurant is okay, small selection of food that doesnt necessarily taste that great. We ended up eating outside most of the times. The hotel staff was the only good part, that ended up giving em the 2 stars at least.Id highly recommend finding another place for your stay in Jaipur.

I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel for family while on Jaipur trip in Jan-2020. Though the booking was done online with all amount paid in advance, on the day of check-in hotel booking system was not able to track our records in their check-in register while it was showing in booking register. It took 3 hours to sort out this issue. But the issues did not end up there... after check-in we found that both rooms TV sets were not working which took 30 mins to sort out. The air heater system in both rooms was not working which hotel never resolved even after 3 complaints, the hot water tap in one of the rooms was not working which again took 30 more min to resolve and on the day of check out the toilet flush got stuck up causing the excessive water flow. Toilet / AC / Heater are basic needs that are part of booking a room and this hotel did not even bother to have a pre-check before guest check-in though we checked in 6 hours after actual check-in time. You can do booking in this hotel with your wish but will be good for you if you validate basic facilities before you make up your mind. I cant give more than rating 1 as it wasnt a pleasant stay for me an my family.

Hotel Jaipur Ashok is the property of R H C L and can be booked online at the site of R T D C this is in their heritage category.Hotel Jaipur is situated in bani park near collectorate circle an can be located very easily.I stayed in hotel jaipur on 25th and 26 th july with my family in heritage suit.This suit is having a large sitting area with comfortable sofa,t v, and dinning table.In bed room there is a king size bed and enough space for extra bed, large l c d is also there centrally a c. Paintings on wall is the highlight of this suit.Washroom is having all the fixtures but small in size.Aravali restaurant serves many veg and non veg dishes.Quality and quantity are nice. prices are reasonable.In hotel there are three category of rooms eg. Heritage, Deluxe and standard rooms.Check in less than a minute. Property manager Mr Prabhu Dayal is nice fellow and helps in every visitor. Large parking area.Highly recommend for stay while in Jaipur.

Much much better than RTDC Units of Udaipur,Jodhpur,Jsisalmeer,Bikaner. More over the staffs were very cooperative. And specially the GM as he is extremely helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to him.

Hotel Jaipur Ashok is an hotel of Ashok group which is situated at Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is located near Collectorate building at Banipark. It is adjacent to Jai Singh circle. The hotel is good with nice ambience. The rooms are clean. There is bathtub in bathroom but the space here is narrow. Clinic plus shampoo & medimix soap is provided in the bathroom. The hot water available in the bathroom is circulated centrally. Also air conditioning system inside the room is centrally circulated. Pouch of tea, coffee, milk, sugar are provided in the room. Also hot water flask is available in the room. There is a huge garden with lush green grass at the back of the hotel. The Aravaĺli restaurant is good with lot of option.

This hotels feels like a mini fort.The location is very good.It is in the heart of Jaipur cityRooms are very clean ,spacious well decorated and well conditioned. Wash room is also nicely decorated and with modern equipment.They have restaurants in ground floor where they serve authentic Rajansthani Thali.Food quality is appreciable.

Okay property... centrally located in jaipur in the heart of the city. Big hotel with good rooms. although rooms are very old and floor is also not so good. Nice place this. I found that it has maintained its charm somewhat from its old days. The place is well placed from location so for sightseeing it is great place. Found the food to made in order so please order early so that you dont have to wait for ages. The property being owned by rtdc so expect typical sarkari attitude.

Location of the hotel is at the center of the city. Hotel gives you a feeling of true Jaipur fort like structure. Hotel rooms are good and neat and clean. Staff is so friendly and supportive. Only problem which I face is that my room dont have fan and Air Condition control unit is also not there and they control Air Conditioner from one place.

The hotel is good with clean rooms. However the breakfast and dinner options are very limited. Its a quiet place with properly air conditioned rooms,dining area and seating area.

Booked this hotel thinking that its a Rajasthan tourism hotel so it will be clean, even if not fancy, and was not disappointed. Its not a fancy place, but its nice to look at from the outside, and inside the entire place is centrally air-conditioned, the rooms are clean(more importantly the bathrooms are clean) the staff is polite and quite helpful. There isnt much of a view from the hotel room, but then if youre looking for a view Id recommend stepping out of the hotel.The breakfast buffet, even though I didnt eat much, was pretty good, especially the toast and poori-aloo. They got me pretty decent black coffee on request so that was nice.The biggest plus point is that the hotel is centrally located so everything is quite close-by.If youre looking for a place on a budget(upto about 2k) in Jaipur and arent looking to spend all your time in the hotel itself, then you can go ahead and book this place.

Iconic hotel once upon a time but lost its charm due to mis-management. This is GOI property. Located in best iconic location. Rooms are very large but without best amenity like kettle. Service is okay but staffs are very less and are under contract. Menu has limited choices and has to repeat same after 2 days. Rate around Rs.2k ($35) if booked thru online. From iconic it has become a budget hotel and nobody bothers

Ultimate feelings

Hotel Jaipur Ashoka looks like a palace when you stand across it. It has 97 rooms in total. Rooms are neat and clean. Sufficient Space. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Cold/Hot water no problem at all. Hospitality very good. Location : Wonderful. All major tourist spots are just 1-3 km away from it. Transportation no problem. you can get auto, rickshaw, taxi, metro everything. Staff Very Friendly. Service Very Good, Food Very delicious. Specially Chicken. Tariff Economical...All in all a very good place to live in Jaipur.

Waste of tym n money.. I just wanted a place to refresh after I land early in the morning.. Since the price was reasonable while booking through AGODA , and my requirement was inly fr few hours at early morning, I made a booking by passing the online reviews.. What a disaster!They refused to accept the AGODA booking confirmation and asked us to leave.. Since it was early hours in the morning, we accepted to make payment of ₹1300 fr the stay!But the rooms were very very dusty, bad bedspreads, stinking bathrooms and all that fr ₹1300 on top of the agoda booking that could neither b cancelled nor accepted by hotel..Dirty n nasty place., no facilities and bad service

Nice probably but not managed professionally, room size is good but television, bathroom fixtures and toiletries are below average. Limited choice for Breakfast and food menu but quality of food is satisfactory. Staff is good and courteous. Location is convenient.

They charge you for services they do not even provide. Stayed there for 3days 4nights, we asked for extra mattress which they never provided but still charged us for the 3rd person. They are in a hospitality business with no hospitality. Never coming back here for sure !!!!!

Jaipur Ashok has always been my prior choice. Starting from my initial trip to Jaipur to last year at a wedding, everything I say or write would be less. The facility of rooms and there service was above my expectations and they were always helpful in clearing my all doubts regarding my visit.

Insects and worms and cockroach. I am staying in Room 107 there was small insects and worms in bed. I had informed the Receptionist, after a huge fight there, he gave room no 108, we felt that room 107 should have been better. In Room 108 there was lots of insects, worms and ants. The rooms was so horrible. We reached by morning 5am. It was a horrible treatment by the Receptionist, we were fighting till 8am for room change from 107 to 108. Still 108 seemed to be worst and bad. I kindly request you all pl dont opt this hotel at any cost.If you have kids pl ever dont go for this hotel. The housing keeping people are worst and they dont even turn up for these issues.Think twice before you book. There are other good hotels for this same price in Jaipur.

Its was good experience @ashok hotel which is also known as jaipur hotel. We spend alomst 2 days over there it was good . Its hotel with all arrangements restaurants, cafe , metting hall etc.

Stayed here for a vacation trip to jaipur.The rooms are good and spacious.Good staff support.Inhouse taxi facility is an advantage.Overall it can be considered for a vacation stay.No complains....

Except the restaurant every thing else is bad. Though it belongs to RTDC, the reception does not hold any brochures or information useful for tourists and no travel desk !!! Typical government servants, quite indifferent, poorly maintained rooms and air conditioning and hot water facility. We stayed for 3 nights from 2-5th November, I regret booking in this hotel. Beautiful heritage building ruined by government servants who do not know how to maintain it.

Good place in the middle of city. No separate parking space available. Lawns are not big enough for big gathering.
