It is the official service centre of MI located on tonk road in sunny trade centre . I recently visited the store , I had some issues with my phones speaker . They just serviced my phone and the bill was of 177 rupees . The staff is very good and descent and service quality is excellent . I am well satisfied with the service .

Worst customer service ever experienced. Service center does not open on Tuesdays. They give you number to contact but never pickup the call. They take 1-6 months and dozens of visits to fix a device. They took 4 months and 23 visits to fix my phone and in the end they said now it is out of warrenty and we can not do anything. I have video evidence I wish I could attach that with this review. Everytime you collect your phone do check each and every part as when they fix one thing, they also break other stuff and ask for money to fix it as broken parts can not be fixed in warrenty.

My MI band 3 was acting abnormally, means draining battery like in one day, earlier it used to last about 20 to 25 days but nowadays hardly for 25 to 27 hours, I visited here, harldy in 10 minutes I got a replacement of my band, the representatives behavior was so nice, like so much supportive with a great communication skills. Thanks A lot. 👍

They do not sell parts. They just want to repair and replace and they charge a lot for repairing. I just wanted a battery if mi note 4 which is around 800 rupees and i didnt want them to repair it. They said it will be replaced with the old one and they just cant give the battery. And the total for battery and service goes to 1500.

I wanted to change the battery of Redmi 4 phone. I asked for price considering my phone is out of warranty. I was told it will cost me Rs 1356 total and the job would be done in 1.5 hours. It was told do backup of the data and come back.I believe they are asking too much. The battery is Rs 800 on xiaomi spare parts website. I shall go to another mi service center and visit the local repair shop for reasonable price. The replacement time is 10 minutes for this as seen on Youtube.
