Chief Minister, Smt. Vasundhara Raje, inaugurated Jaipur citys truly visionary Dravyavati River Rejuvenation Project on Tuesday. The project, which has been executed by TATA Projects Limited, is a 47.5 km, riverfront, that had degenerated into an untreated sewage nallah, which was restored as a perennial river - fed by treated clean water.This path-breaking project aims to reduce pollution, treat 170 million litres of sewerage a day, create Green Spaces, Social Spaces, Cycle tracks, Jogging tracks along its banks, reduce the threat of floods, create employment, and transform Jaipur into a clean Smart City. Moreover, encroachments were removed from the Nallah, which helped restore the river to its past glory and vitality.This is one of the largest and most complex project undertaken by Jaipur Development Authority. It had many complexities, including those of right of way, financing, and legal hurdles, which we could surmount with the help and vision of Hon. Chief Minister.

Dravyavati river front once completed will be a fine example of modern classic city development.its going to be masterstroke for Jaipur tourism and its aim of smart development.It will have a well planned road on both sides.which might be used for morning or evening walks for locals.A visionary project of lastGovernment.

Dravyavati river project its a huge marvelous engineering marvel one of its kind amazingly designed I personally have seen it from my leaf to a full Grand Trunk lots of civil engineers and experts have logged on it on this project and now finally it is completed everyone must visit this place this river project is more than 7 to 8 km spread across the city across the city this project have increased the rates of nearby lands because of its amazing structure and beautiful sayings once upon a time it was thinking stinking waste drainage river and now it has given a star to the city of Jaipur the Pink City the city of maharajas development in the cities really on a good place not one sad reality is that this place is in the top 10 list of world most polluted cities government must need to do things to fight with this problem with the huge problem as for the tourist and visitors its amazing place to get to know more about history and culture specially Rajasthani culture

Nice park but ready kids play area which have really nice swing slides trampoline seesaws is fenced .. actually guarded by security personnel .... since last 6 month. according available security staff reason behind it budget is not passed yet form the government. What a great stupidity a ready play area is locked..going through just rain n sun... really is it worthy..😡

Beautiful river project..The Experience Centre of the Dravyavati River Project gives citizens an opportunity to explore the past, present and the anticipated future of the Jaipur city. For us, the environment has always been at heart and thus, our major focus has been on:- Reuse- Recycle- RevampRight at the entrance of the Experience Centre, is a beautiful tree that has been made from scrap material that were gathered while cleaning the nallah.The centre is also equipped with a 3D printed city model map, a live aquarium and 3 exhibition centres.

It flows through the Jaipur city, north to south over a length of 47.5 km, collecting storm and waste water from Naharika Nallah and Ambabari, the Ganda Nallah (draining ancient and new parts of Jaipur), and finally joins the Dhund river.[1]:167 Most of the Jaipur citys population stays within the 10 km periphery of Dravyavati river.
