I have felt the true essence of yoga and meditation at this place. The very first day I came in with doubt and anxiety, and left with a big smile on my face, calmness in my heart and mind. Everyday practice just fills you up with energy. The instructors are very thorough with the knowledge, great at understanding different needs of every person. Every session feels like a one to one communication towards more growth and even during a global pandemic like this, they invite you happily to join them. In just 10 days, I have felt- calmer- more flexible- lesser anxiety- full of energy throughout the day- better sleep etc.I am so grateful for my decision to be a member of aadiyog family :)

I joined Aadiyog just a week before and its amazing. I really wanted someone who can help me with my depression and other mental issues (not online platform), and my search fulfilled by Aanya Bora, my yoga guru. She really understood my needs and my weak points, areas where I needed to work and from the very beginning I started feeling the difference within me. I recently join Aadiyog Yoga classes, Indeed, I initially started and its giving magical results. During menses I generally takes a tablet every day (means 3 Teblets atleast in a month)due to siver pain, But a month YOga practice not only helped me with pain but also cleared my other problems as well.
