This may not be authentic Italian pizza but the concept is great! Most of the toppings were yummy (avoid the fresh tomato as it wasnt fresh enough for my taste), but Id go back for the speed of service and flexibility to make your own pizza - I have a FODMAP intolerance, so places like Pizza Lab are heaven for me!

Ive been here a few times. Yes, the food is good.However, I was told that because I came 5 mins before the closing time, I will not be served because an online food order needed 5 pizzas which would run over their open times.How sad!

My favorite local pizza place! The only place where you can customize your product without paying extra, preparation is super quick (pizza is baked for 2 min) and the service is always flawless. The variety of crust types, sauces and toppings makes it possible to create a decent healthy meal without compromising taste.

The pizza itself is - make it yourself, choose step by step your ingredients (no restrictions on how many toppings you may choose). The price is decided by the size of the pizza - 25-30-36cm. They have a very tasty gluten free pizza! This is the best pizza outlet Ive ever visited in Bulgaria! And again - hygiene is their top 1! Recommended! Small pizza cost less than 8lv! Gluten free is about 10. Real bargain!

Best pizza Ive had in the entire Balkans. Friendly, English speaking staff. Good price, good idea, good pizza. You can mix and match your toppings as you please, adding as much or as little as you like for the same price. I created something Ive never had before and it tasted great. I sat down outside, but they serve the pizza in a box so you can just take it home if you prefer. The interior is clean and minimalistic. Perfect for lunch but not a romantic night out.

Walked past a couple of times. Looked very bright and clean. Went in. Even brighter. Pleasant staff. 9.90 Lev for a medium pizza with as much on it as you want. Served in half a pizza box. Only a few minutes wait and the food was ready. Very good for only £4.40 sterling. Its one of those places you would visit for some fast, good food having enjoyed an evening of beer.

Great, fast pizza at low prices

Wasnt expecting much from this place by the look of if it (all white and mostly plain - a bit surgical even?) but the food was great! You have a choice of size, then base (normal pizza base, gluten free or wholemeal), then a choice of sauces (tomato, BBQ, pesto, white and possibly something else too) and then just top it with whatever you fancy all for a set price depending on the size. I had normal base with BBQ sauce and topped it with 3 different meats, sun dried tomatoes, onions and peppers and it was awesome! The base was very thin and beautifully crisped underneath and the toppings were ample and flavoursome.Will definitely be going back here on each visit now - my new favourite pizza joint in Plovdiv!

You have the best pizzas in the world..They are the most delicious, the most beautiful and every piece of pizza is soft and melts when you eat it. I want you open much more object where will people have opportunity to try your pizzas..You are best and i would rate you with a triple tenth because five is not enough ... We were led to the pizza by its smell. The medium pizza is 9.90 levas, regardless of how many toppings you ask for. Theres a very large variety of toppings. The service was really fast. By the time you get to the cash register, the pizza is ready, which is just a couple of minutes. The pizza was excellent. Highly recommended.

I always choose Pizza Lab. Here you can make your own pizzas. You great choice of add-ons. I personally prefer the Pi pizza, without any customization. Love this one. It has very soft and balanced taste.

Incredible quality, especially for this value. Its a laid-back wee place where you can have a pizza made precisely to your whims - picking the type of dough, sauce, cheese and as many toppings as you like for no added cost. Well recommended.

If you dont know exactly what you want, ask the staff for advice, but boy, oh boy… pizza with everything is THE BEST pizza Ive eaten in my entire life👌💯 And this is the only pizzeria, that gives this opportunity. There is really room for improvement in the restaurant, but exactly this part of the menu (pizza with everything) is what wins this restaurant my 10/10. Would recommend.

Nice place, excellent model. 4 stars and not 5 instead as trying to be fast there is sometimes rush, which we , customers dont need. Leave the guests few seconds more to prepare their pizza, its a part of the pleasure to be in this place. Staff needs a big more patience, needs to feel the guest.

This is an exquisite pizza restaurant that offers both menu pizzas and make it yourself ones - kind a like Subway sandwich except you pick the dough the sauce and the topping and fully customise your experience. Fixed price regardless of choice based only on pizza size and still cheaper and tastier than Dominoes for example!
