Beautiful place for a beautiful evening.Serenity of the place will steal your heart, you can go with your kids they will enjoy the spacious place and elderly people can sit peacefully inside with comfort on couch and enjoy the beauty of place through glass walls.On an all perfect outing with family and friends.One thing I would like them to improve that quantity of food is less as compared to the prices ,which are too high.High price no doubt make it exclusive and unique but quantity of food served like pizza and biryani should be improve.Taste of food is amazing and fresh.

Very beautiful property if you are looking for some time in peace and admist the nature. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. Service is prompt, ample parking space, food is good. We went there just for a cup of coffee and they have a minimum Rs1000 bill amount criteria so had to order more.Highly recommended if you want to take your special one on a date or enjoy food with family in peace.

A lovely place to visit during the monsoons- lush green gardens, hills on all sides. The experience is just amazing. Food is ordinary- vegetarian is better than non vegetarian. Its an expensive affair though.The accompanying lawns n grounds are well kept and good to spend a couple of hours.

This was by far the best restaurant I have ever been too. With amazing food and scenic beauty, this is one place you wouldnt want to miss. Although on a little expensive side, it gives you the feel of royalty. There are indoor and outdoor options. Indoor option has AC and outdoor has coolers. I would prefer outdoor if you are going for dinner and indoors for lunch. For best experience you would want to go in the evening. Its beauty increases 2 fold as the sun sets. Surrounded by hills on either side, this is also a good site for photoshoots if you want some pics for your instagram. Overall I would really recommend trying this place out. Thats if your pockets allow it.

One star given just for location. Food is not good and so much expensive and the service is even worst. You can find better quality of food even at a roadside dhaba. And better service at any small cheap restaurant.

Restored royal heritage property in Agra road in middle of mountains. The place is beautiful serene and Peaceful . The decor in blue looks royal. The the food menu is large but the taste needs to be improved a lot . The staff is attentive . The landscaping needs more inputs . A great place for sundowns

Very bad & extremely slow service, overpriced without any exceptional service, Outdoor sitting & ambience is good but in summers you just cant sit there and the placement of cooler is very bad as only 1 side of table was getting any air, even after asking staff to move it, there was no action taken by staff, Overall food is just good, And as for chilli potato & Crispy corn it was just bathing in oil And that too after taking 45 min just to bring these items.Just horrible experience

Very nicemix of contemporary and traditional design, restaurant and cafe with decent and helpful staff. Various sitting options available from open air tent sitting to closed sitting. Menu little bit overpriced but comparing it to the environment and experience given seems to be ok. I will recommend it to young generation, group party, couples and family outings. All the best.

We had a great evening at Once Upon a Time. We were received by Shri Ashok who explained the layout of the Restaurant and guided us to a suitable table. We were served by Shri Prem who recommended the Chef’s Special. We had very succulent Chapli Kebabs followed by Chicken Tikka Massala and Garlic Naan. The food was delicious and served promptly by Prem. The ambience is awesome. We really enjoyed the evening. Will definitely go again.

They are charging 18 percent gst without gst number in invoice as attached picture above of invoice provided by restaurant, nor they have rooms for which restaurant can charge 18 percent gst, they are clearly taking 18 percent n putting in there own pocket n making customers fool.They are also charging gst on MRP of water bottle which is already gst paid n as per government they cant.This is unlawful activity n should be penalized by government.

Avoid coming here---I Came here on my birthday. Thought of ordering just soup and cutting my cake. But the staff said cake cutting will take 1000inr extra..this was no where mentioned in menu.Also there was not even a single person for dining.Even in corona times if someone is showing trust, please reciprocate in same manner.
