My friend and I just enjoyed an amazing dinner at the rooftop of this restaurant, and the food as well as drinks was amazing. The service was the best so far on our trip and they were very sweet and cared about what we said and showed genuine interest. I really want to recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience with also an amazing view.
Amazing experience good food with cooperative staffs and hospitality.
Very good Service snd nice taste .
Found via tripadvisor, was looking for somewhere near me that had a recommendation. This was the nearest to my hotel. It’s a gem. A hidden treasure. Down an alleyway, up the stairs, or the lift, third floor and then some if you want the rooftop experience. When I arrived around 8 it was dead. Still, I persisted. Had a veg jalfrezi (its pure-veg and no booze) and rice, was absolutely delicious. With a soft drink and masala chai it came to 435 rupees. A steal, I left with a happy belly. Shame it’s not busier, it should be. They have wifi but it doesn’t reach the roof top. Music is quite strange. Staff are very friendly.
We started out the “experience” when we got into the restaurant and saw the amazing view. The first star I’m taking off is for the expensive prices on the menu. Later on we got the food and was disappointed again, the meals were tiny compared to the price. But the most important was the food. It was terrible! we could barely eat all of it. The meals were tasteless. And the Lassi was completely off.
Isnt worth the money. Can try other places. The owner of this place had responded to my review that I havent visited the place, so I am compelled to update something more. The owner should be practical enough to accept his flaws. Why on earth shall I post a review when I havent visited the place. Myself and my family visited the place on 17th November 2018 and we had our dinner on the rooftop. The location is on the creepier side and the cost of the food is really very high compared to the taste. We didnt like the dinner and would expect the restaurant to improve the taste of food. We ordered the iconic Rajasthani Thali and it wasnt worth the price. Please refer the screenshots attached and I request the owner to verify a dozen times before charging customers of false feedbacks.
Good taste food
Worth the money spent and tasty food
Very average rajasthani thali place. Went with limited expectations and came out even more disappointed. The face-saving was the missirotis, keir sangri and the crisp papad. Rest would not get even a 1*. Sorry! But if you are on a budget (which I am not) then avoid this place. Pic looks good; food wasnt much to talk of. Perhaps the other cuisines are good.
Good Restaurant. Healthy food with perfect Service is served here. Good menu and table service which makes it a kind of perfect restaurant. If you Are thinking to visit it i prefer you to visit it once. Because The kind of food they served i am sure you will not get in Any restaurant around it. Restaurants arent perfect there visitors makes it perfect. So if you visit somewhere try to provide feedback about that place everytime.
Very nice hidden place. We were for Utes enough to get to eat at this restaurant via shop owners who we bought goods from and showed us this place. Amazing staff and very large menu. From traditional Rajasthani food to Italian and other European cuisines. We were a bit two minded about how it would be as the menu was so large, so decided to order different types of dishes and it was really goood. We all enjoyed our meal and service. There is seating available on rooftop with a nice view.
One of the luxury and vintage place
Osmmm place...
Good food but small portions. Not so cheap. Tax is not included in the prices shown in the menu. I was the only guest. But the view from the rooftop is quite nice, as in most of the Jaipur rooftop restaurants. Direct opposite to the big minaret.
We were really satisfied. Rooftop is a beautiful place, everything pretty clean, noce toilets and good food. Prices are bit higher but great service and kind staff. To find it you have to go through a gate back in the yard.
Where to begin.. I ordered a pizza without cheese and fruit juice. I was told that a pizza without cheese is not possible (probably because its not handmade, which is weird for a restaurant serving pizza and pasta) and that fruit juice is not possible because they have no fresh fruit. So I ordered pasta and peach ice tea. The ice tea was made of water, ice and a teabag. They had only two kinds of pasta (penne & spaghetti), although there were maybe six kinds in the menu. Pasta was soaked in oil, but tasty. My friend didnt eat his pizza, because it was terrible. He ordered a mango lassi and got a pineapple lassi. But he didnt have to pay for the pizza, which is one reason I didnt give them a 1-star review. The second reason is that the staff was very polite and friendly. Then we ordered a black coffee which was maybe the weakest coffee Ive ever had. All the food was expensive (Rs 300-400) and Im not surprised the restaurant was empty at lunchtime. Sorry guys, you have to do much, much better.
One of best places in Jaipur to try out the best Italian and Continental cuisine. The ambience of the restaurant is surreal and peaceful. The price of the food is too modest with the kind of super taste. The service and hospitality of the staff is great and highly friendly. The taste of pasta and pizza are far better than the regular pizza chains of Dominos and Pizza Hut.Overall 5/5 rating for ambience and food.
Amazing staff and fantastic restaurant with good 👌 quality food. Loved it.
Quality Indian food for good price and with polite service. The place is rather hidden so no queueing or waiting. 😊
On the 1st floor u can use lift, rooftop place also available. Parking space problem for cars. Not on the main road. Poor service. Costly. Friendly behavior. Hardly few customers otherwise empty. Food quality good but takes long time for preparation.
Nice restaurant. Food is good. Thali is nice. Near city palace.
Good roof top sitting with a view of amer fort on top of the hills.. good rajasthani food..
Location you need to find little. Creepy entrance. Lift provided. Food quality not so good can be adjusted as per location and AMBIANCE need to work out more. If u near City palace its just a walking distance.
Was directed here from local salesmen and was happy to find a very nice rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. Food was good and had a nice presentation (Indian). Also the pizza for our 8 year old was decent.
Awesome experience.. a little difficult to locate! But exceeded expectations!Decent food, and ambience was good
We ordered dal and mix veg with roti and rice. The food was great and the service was very good too. Very courteous staff.
Actually the restaurant is visible from the main road but google maps takes you through by lanes and confuses you. Staff was very friendly. Ambience was very good. Food was good too. Reasonable prices
Gud taste given when staff shortage.. keep it up guyz.. gud job..👍👍
Visit everyone...
Food was tasteless, and oily. Orders were sent wrongly. Restaurant used older menus with lower prices before ordering and once bill given, new & increased prices are charged. Overall horrendous service.
Very good food quality/taste and service! Variety of cuisines. Definitely recommended for fine dining! (compared to other major brand-name restaurant in this area)
Fairly clean vegetarian restaurant with a rooftop seats. Got some Italian and Mexican dishes, nice fresh juices in menu (double check the prices in your bill against the menu tho as they may change)
Decent and homely food. Very good hospitality.
Is is so comfortable and affordable . Waiters are so polite and helpful and the food was so delicious.
Loved this little rooftop restaurant. The staff were friendly and they even thought us how to fly a kite from their roof. Food was great view were incredible this has to be a place to stop whilst in the area.
Food was delicious and restaurant was clean and sanitary.Cons - lemon tea is apparently black tea with limes on the side, drink orders screwed up 2x despite us being the only two people in the restaurant, double check your bill before leaving
The food was delicious, But the restaurant was in an isolated location. It was totally worth it and the food was made fresh. The service was very good and the staff was nice, this is a restaurant you should definitely try if youre in Jaipur and hungry.
Its a rooftop restaurant u can enjoy the sunset here
They could have done the roof top soo much more cosy and with ambiance. Now quite boring and sterile. No view really when you sit down, covered by bamboo. Food good but nothing spectacular. Possible to get beer, but that’s it. Alcohol not served. Very few people when I was there. Difficult to find location and a bit creepy to get in to the desolate alley.
Delicious food in an amazing rooftop view, you can spot 5 big monuments (may be more i spotted only 5)... Best time is before sunset !
Midtown as the name suggest is indeed in the mid of town, serving delicious North Indian and Chinese food...Went there with family, ambiance is quite good and staff is very friendly.Totally enjoyed the evening.
Great restaurant, diverse cuisines available and staff is courteous. Service is fairly quick. Pricing is just about reasonable. A little difficult to find given the uncanny surroundings but trust the map location.
Decent spot, have the thali, and try and get the upper roof table early. Best 360 view of the city.
Thé rooftop and the food âge very nice !The french group
Woollaaa..... Wonderfull restaurant to go with friends and family...Food was super...Most amazing thing is the view from the roof top... I visited there for dinner with my mom... And we both liked it very much...The owner (Mukesh) is a nice man... He takes care of his every guest... In all the manner... He treated us as if he knows us already....Must visit restaurant or cafe in Jaipur.Loved it ...
The food was amazing, also not on so expensive side
Everything we ordered was absolutely bland. Wasnt even pretty to look at.
Food is excellent and These place is excellent
Great view of the night city from the roof of the restaurant! Many options for choosing a place. Tasty and fast WiFi Internet #jaipur
Whatever food we had there was really amazing. They cook everything from the scratch and thus takes more time to serve the food. Ambience can be improved.
Good place, nice for family, good food, slow service
It is a pleasant place situated on the high street. The service was good and meals reasonably price. Midtown special pizza is my favourite...
Interior is good but service is very slow we seated and no one come for order till 30 to 40 minutes
The view from the roiftop is amazing. The pizza was ok. Very nice staff
Served poor food .. didnt provide finger bowls after food .. the paneer was not fresh ..
Food is good but staff is not good
The restaurant is ok with a great central location in Jaipur. They made good Indian low spicy food as we requested so we liked it. Shared a Midtown Special Thali for 2 and it was sufficient.
Although a little tricky to find the service, price and food were all very good. The views from the rooftop were exceptional and because you are on the roof, the hustle and bustle of Jaipur can easily be forgotten.
Very expensive, not matching our expectations seeing all the 5star ratings theyre getting. Food was quite bland
The only good thing about this place is that it is conveniently located. Nice view from the very top seating area but there are only two tables up there. Ordered the Midtown Special Thali and ended up paying about 600 rupees including taxes and surcharge. Very expensive for Jaipur and the food was only mediocre.
Located in the Pink City at a walkable distance from the City Palace, we felt this was an ideal spot for lunch while sightseeing in Jaipur. The food was delicious, the service is decent and the rooftop has very good views.
Had come to celebrate my birthday with a few of my friends. The food and ambience was good, however ended up spending a bomb .Wish they were more economical!!!!
It is the place in the heart of Jaipur, the walled city. They serves tasty food with full of options in different cuisines and have a beautiful look-out from the roof. You can see a beautiful architecture or you can say a structure called esarlot or sarkasuli which will win your heart when you click with it.
Lovely meal. Good sized portions and spicing just right. If you ask nicely you can get a beer too!
Pathetic...They picked my reservation on my last day in city,Nd rejected at the last moment.just for few pennies which I was ready to pay...Which was a very special day for me.Very depressing.Wud never suugest to anyone ever.Worst experience with any restaurant.
Close to city palace, jaipur. The location is slightly hidden inside but worth the hunt. It is a vegetarian AC restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty.
It was the only good restaurant (with ambience) and affordable we found in the afternoon in that area
Thought at great location in city, quality of food needs improvement. Unsatisfactory!!!!!
After spending some time in the nearby market, I wanted to have brunch at a good restaurant in the area. I did a quick Google search, and ended up finding this restaurant.First things first, the approach to the restaurant from the main road is not good. You have to take the lift from a shady looking area. Anyway, once you get past that, the restaurant is actually pretty great!I took a look at the popular dishes from this restaurant on Zomato, and decided to order Rajasthani Thali. Honestly speaking, every dish on the platter was mouth-watering. The hotness of the chilli was not overpowering the actual taste of any of the dishes. And the entire platter made me feel full soon!Just one thing that I am going to crib about is that the service in this restaurant is pretty slow. You have to wait for a long time before you are served. For me, the wait was well worth it, because I loved the Rajasthani Thali. 🤩
Midtown soo nice restaurant....soo delicious food and very nice location.Near city center ..and also good roof top ..Very coprative staff ...and very nice owner .So me and my familly very enjoy this place .My opinion..plz go there all tourist and famillyAnd enjoy your life that palace ..Thanks
If you are visiting Jaipur then must visit this restaurant as it really offers great food at lesser price. I went here on the basis of zomato reviews.Must try the wood burn pizza, this is one of the best pizza I have ever had.Paneer sizzler was also awesome, preferable for spice lovers. Presentation of food and restaurant ambiance was perfect. They also have roof top seating arrangement and from there you can have a view of jaipur city.Dont think of restaurants location as the food is all there to compensate.
Advertised as selling italian food, but got 4 of our orders wrong. Waiters couldnt tell the difference between penne, spaghetti and tagliatelle. Tomato based pasta was a little oily, and cream pasta was too bland. Service wasnt too friendly, was too impatient, and gave us an outdated menu with cheaper prices. Only for us to be shocked at the higher prices at the final bill.
Hard to find good food at such location but yes it worths to be there .. good service n the most important thing food delicious .. herd all masalas are hand made ... grt dinner thanks Midtown for service☺
Great view, Great Thali, Great Price
Very bad experience quality and quantity is very cheap and took lots of money.
Because he give are oder in 1.5 hour after odering and we will never go back again and i just order A pasta and it was nothings just panner gravy and pasta and in menu it say that it has brocly and lot of vegitable is that not cheating i will never go Back and viewer please think before going😠😠😠
