I booked the stay for my family for 4 Days as my sister has an exam. On the last day when they came back and opened the room they found that cash and expensive items are missing from their handbag. She left it in locked room because of the reputation of Hotel but unfortunately we were wrong.Now when they tried to ask and report this to on duty manager respected Mr. Jitendra, he told in single line that we don’t have other key so we don’t know where it went and we don’t have any responsibility of your stuff. On asking for checking security cameras his reply was “we don’t have cameras installed which can show us your room and how do we know that you are not lying as you didn’t showed me while leaving that what is there in your bag”.Now here the smartness to be noted is that the incident happened on the last day of stay and as we came from a different state and also planned the return also for next day so we can’t take the legal action as well.In nut and shell what I can say is try to AVOID BOOKING this Hotel.

It was awesome stay with great food serviced with smile and showed care towards the guests. We will definitely come back to this property.

Stay was okay... bed was comfortable. They didnt have balcony like the pictures. Ac positioning in rooms was not great it was at leg level. Rooftop was good. But the place is crazy expensive for the small rooms they give.

Accomodation here is quite good and rooms are very cosy too. Not very expensive for the service they are providing though wifi speed is slow. I tried food here too and it was quite okay. Overall a good place, location is great not very far from all the tourist places. You can consider this place as an option.

Worst stay of my life. I was on my honeymoon and that was my last trip of the honeymoon and the worst as well. The host was very rude. We booked online so they asked us to pay the whole amount by just checking in. The rooms were not as shown online. The locks were broken and the room was okayish plus the geezer took time to heat. Not recommend this hotel.

Its awesome property located in center of Jaipur ... Hotels staff behaviour are very nice . I always preferred to saty at hotel Sarang place , I visit evey month and stay 2-3 days . Im highly recommend to all visit once atleast whenever visit at jaipur .

Corporation of the staff is very good. We stayed over there for 2 days and these were well spend because of the corporation of Sarang team. They are taking all precautions for COVID. We had a safe stay over here.A big thanks to Sarang team 🙂

Went there to celebrate my wedding anniversary.Decoration is nice but not according to the price. But lets keep this aside and talk about there food.. I cant even give 1 star to them if we only talk about food. I gave 7-8k and thing I only liked was ice-cream and water which is not from there kitchen .. 😑 Couldnt eat at all.. Left all the dishes as it is after taking single bite. 👎Wont recommend to anyone.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed a lot. Hotel staff is good. Service is very good. Decoration was wonderful on special occasions & we can also book for a beautiful candle light dinner at terraceCity is also nearby the hotel. Cabs and autos are also easily available from here. We can keep our luggage there only after checkout also for free.

We stayed here in Apr, 2021. It is better to book online before visiting. We booked from Booking.com, we got Rs. 880/- per night, but if u directly visit here, the cost is 1200/- (+tax). Cleaning standard is fine. Rooms and wash room are little bit smaller than other few hotels (we checked few).One problem is, there is no hand shower in the washroom. Room service and behaviour of the stuff are good. But reception stuffs are very stiff in adjustment. I booked for 3 days but actually stayed for 2 days. I didnt asked the booking money for 3rd day. I only asked the refund of the rent for additional one bed (just Rs. 300/-) which I did not availed for the 3rd day (since we checked out at 2nd day). The reception gyu gave lot of excuses of their online system not to refund the amount. I left it finally.One more problem for the visitors coming with personal car, is, there is no reserved parking in the hotel. U have to park the vehicle at the public footpath.The location is at nice location. There is a good road if u come from Hawa Mahal. Do not follow the Google Map route if u r coming from Delhi to Jaipur.What I recommend, that dont take food from the ground floor restaurant. Its too much costly. Menu is uploaded here.Terace is not accessible for other visitors unless booked separately. A casual visit to terace is not permitted by the Hotel authority.Moreover, our room fans regulator was complaint. I informed the Reception but nothing was done.

Staff was good but room and toilet was disaster very disappointed

The hotel is nothing like what you see in the pictures. They r horribly small and unclean. They will force you to pay in advance half the amount (though it is pay at hotel). The room is untidy and the staffs are too rude. They do not clean the rooms and treat you poorly. Never book the rooms based on the fake photo
