An amazing and fabulous experience with this Hotel for a budget business, I was booked this hotel through booking.com , just for Rs.1047/- , when I booked I thought this will be like other poor hotels , but from the moment I booked the hotel cooperate with me so good, they book a cab for pick up and drop for a less price than the market and in pandemic situation they are maintaining very clean beds and clean lobby too moreover the location of the hotel is very perfect, I can say more good about this hotel but no time to type, pls go and get the experience( reg food first time I got oil less poori and good taste too)

Good place to stay at best price

This hotel is located in the Bani Park area and was a great stay in Jaipur for 2 days and 1 night. There was a good option for a four member family room which we booked for 4 friends and the room was large and spacious and beds were very comfortable. Room service was quick and prompt with a variety of menu options and food was prepared well as well.The overall cost of room including room service did not amount to that much either. Would highly recommend a stay here as its peaceful and away from Jaipur traffic and noise as well as offers a great stay experience.

Nice hotel with very good facilities, staff courteous and helpful (we dealt with Mr. Sushil and Mr. Narendra Singh at the reception). Hasselfree check in and check out, they not only allowed us late checkout until 2.00pm, but also gave us a room to refresh in the evening as our return flight was in the night. Support staff very courteous. Rooftop restaurant is very good and moderately priced, although they dont serve non vegetarian quisine (they serve eggs), the food quality and cleanliness are of high standard. The guest rooms are very spacious, the bed/sheets/ blankets/ towels are very clean. This was our first visit to Jaipur, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to H.R. Palace, Bani Park. We stayed for 3 nights from September 24. Overall a very good hotel worth recommending.

Nice neatand reasonable rooms with good service

The rooms were good and spacious the staff was friendly also the room service was bang on time. We ordered pranthas and tea in our room. Staff recommend us to use the open roof restraunt but due to crunch on time was not able to do that will surely try it next time. What I like about this place was they are not like other hotels that are 4-5 floor building surrounded by other building they have their own parking subject to availability and green area as well in the hotel all in all had a great time over there.

I stayed with my family in the family suite and found this hotel a great value for money. Rooms are well maintained and are extraordinarily spacious. It provides all necessary facilities like electric kettle, satellite TV channels and toiletries.Roof top restaurant is good giving great view of nearby locality. Food is also tasty.Hotel also gives the parking facility.

It is a great hotel, we stayed here for 3 nights and had a excellent experience we took 2 rooms,108 and 106, all the rooms have AC, heater, fan, TV, electric kettle, shoe case, seating area and all the facilities. The hotel have a lift with staircase. The hotel facilitates a beautiful rooftop dinning area from where you can watch the beautiful amber (amer) fort. You can even seat in garden. If you ever visit Jaipur then you must stay at this hotel. The hotel is just like your home. The hotel is situated in Bani park the area away from all the traffic noise.

Hotel is good with specious room and decent furnitirues. AC works well, hot water is available (if its not have to ask to turn on the central heater).Lenins and towels are clean and well made up room. Very basic toiletries, no brush and paste. No free bottle water in room.Staffs are not that conversant and used to with customer care much. But they are gentle and helping.Roof top restaurant and open space in front of building is great place to gossip and relax.Very near from Rail Station.

When i had visited the hotel, initially i didnt like it but eventually it turned out to be a very good option. We were greeted warmly at reception and shown to our room quickly. We were advised of the hotels facilities and options available for our stay. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom wonderful (huge by most Indian standards, with a good hot water supply)We chose to eat at the hotel each morning as it was a convenient option. The restaurant staff were superb, very friendly and always on hand for top ups of fresh chapatti, tea or fresh cooked omelettes prScrambled eggs.We flew in and out of Jaipur - your best, most cost effective option is to take an uber which will cost around 180INRS to and from the airport.We also arranged Ayurvedic treatments through the hotel at a nearby centre which I also highly recommend!

Location = It is located close to railway station max 10 min by carFree pick up or drop is provided .Once the booking is confirmed hotel people will call for verification and your request .Room = It is clean and neat .Room heater was provided by default during my stay that is from Jan 7 to Jan 8 .Tea kettle is present along with tea bags but not complimentary mineral water bottle which is strange.Food = Dinner was really good nice food and nice options no problem in quality of the food and taste which i really appreciate .Payment = All major credit cards are accepted .Foreign currency exchange is also done which is slightly expensive when compared to outside .Taxi service = They provide taxi service also which is bit costly .Service from the staff and hotel people is good .But the pick up from the railway station was really horrible the driver was rude and he was about to pick a fight with me .Kindly take care of it .They didnt support me for railway station drop at early morning at 5:00AM. So took uber and Ola which was easily available .

Best place to stay in Jaipur! Amazing room and services

The location of the hotel is fine. I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. Its not noisy inside the hotel. No free water included and the WIFI is SUPER SLOW. You will need a sim card with 4g if you want to stay at this place. The staff spoke English quite poorly and it was tremendously hard to understand them from time to time. The owner of the hotel is very conservative and there are no women working there. Although the hotel has many cons its super cheap.

Clean rooms with good amenities. Location is fine as its kind of situated in the central part of the city. It was easy to move around. Caution, never listen to auto walas or e rick pullers if they tell you about a certain market place. Food was good and staff was polite and friendly. We already checked out in the morning and came back to pick up our car from the hotel, the person at the reception opened a room for us to take rest and to use the wash rooms. The roof top restaurant was also good. Nice experience.. Me and my family like the place. Ill certainly come back and stay in the same hotel. Its a hotel of choice for me now unless I want to stay in a resort. This is value for money. I would have added the photos but time constraint..:-)

I hardly give 5 stars in any of my reviews, but this hotel deserves it.Its beautiful with arched windows and balconies.The rooms are clean and large with heritage style beds and diwans.The bathroom is spacious with hot water supply.There is a beautiful rooftop restaurant with delicious food and a nice view.And the staff are very courteous and prompt.

A very nice and cozy place in the middle of the city that is also budget friendly. Especially nice for families and big groups of friends. The restaurant is also nice and offers good food at decent prices. A complete package and a no-brainer if you want to have a good time in the city.

Hotel HR Palace is located at Kabir Marg, Bani Park in the heart of the city very close to the Railway Station about 1.7 km away. In fact this was one of the reason for me to select this Hotel, Initially on seeing the picture shown of the Hotel I thought this was a property with a beautiful garden in front of it but this is not the case. There is very little space in front of the building and even that has cars parked on it. So it was quite a dissapointment. The location though central is quite noisy during the day . The good thing about this Hotel is that the rooms are spacious clean and has ethnic furniture, The bathrooms are also not too bad for this price range. The staff is courteous. However it does not have a bar so those looking for a tipple can forget it . In the night the area is quiet . The Hotel has a roof top dining area with outdoor sitting too which can be good in winter. Cleanliness is an issue in the dining area and the way the tables are laid, the linen , crockery etc leave much to be desired. The breakfast buffet is very average. However for the price paid it has its good points. Overall a value for money budget Hotel with no frills.

This hotel is great! The staff are very helpful and provide incredibly quick response. Thy deserve 5 star review. We definitely will come back!We hired a car and a driver from the hotel and it was excellent! The driver was very nice.

Its a good place well equipped. The only complaints that I have is that I got a room on the 3rd floor and there were frequent heavy noises like when someone moves furniture. At the last night I checked out very early and foun the two employees sleeping on mattresses next to the locked main door which troubled me in two ways: Why cant the hotel give its employees a better place to sleep and having the main door locked could bring problems in case of emergency.

Very nice hotel; very good food in the restaurant, and their taxi/guide was EXCELLENT! We were able to have his assistance for 2 1/2 days. He gave great advice to clue us in on what to do and not do.

Some of the best service and staff I’ve had in all of India. Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. The restaurant on the rooftop is beautiful however the food is not that great for the price. Perhaps it’s a better place to just have a drink and enjoy the view. Hope to stay here again!

We were given this hotel by makemytrip. The staff here is helpful and polite. The location of hotel is ok. Rooms were clean. There were no complaints during our 2 nights stay here. Hospitality is impressive. Totally recommended.

Nice building - but thats about it.Clean, tidy and simple décor make it a lovely place to be. The rooftop restaurant is also really nice, especially in the evenings.Unfortunately the staff really let this place down. On reception, the manager doesnt even look up from whatever hes doing when you check in or ask anything. The staff up in the restaurant are very unfriendly and cant even get an order right.WiFi is unbelievably slow.Its REALLY loud! You can hear traffic and dogs barking all the way through the night, and if your neighbour is watching TV, you will hear it loud and clear.

This place is a walk down the ancient era... its best visited between 3 to 5. Also you can wait it out tillt he sun sets cause you get a great view of the whole japiur city from the top of nahargarh fort.Also must try is the restaurant - one upon a time ... its a great place to chikk after a tour of the fort and to grab a beer. They have a terrace for viewing the city from the top.

H R Palace - One of the most Clean and budgeted hotel I have ever seen with one of the best staff service .While I have checked approx. 10-15 hotels within same day , I got to know about Hotel H R Palace at one of the prime location - Banipark. With one of the best offers discounts available on line, our family decided to stay and I think we have one of the best memorable experience. Rooms are big , clean and spacy . Bathrooms were Very Neat & Clean .Very helpful staff and good service .Food is excellent and even my kids liked the stuff. The Managers at the Hotel were friendly and they helped us plan our travel with lowest cost and good advise. I have now one Permanent stay in Jaipur - H R Palace & to all my Friends, who are looking to have memorable stay with cost effectiveness , this place is 200% RIGHT .

A family group of 9 stayed there for two nights, went for my daughters Mundan at Jamwai Mata Temple. This place is ideally suited for a quick in and out of Jaipur. Staff was helpful, they picked us from the station and dropped back. Also arranged for a tempo traveler for our visit to Temple. Very economical too.

I chose this place as it was very near to the train station. The front desk staff were accomodating and spoke english well. The restaurant guys not so much- the one who took my order seemed more interested in his phone. On a different day I saw the same guy picking his nose. Unbelievable. I was able to check in early and extended my stay by one night without any issues. Rooms are spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. Bathroom also large and mostly clean with (sometimes) working hot water. Rooftop restaurant menu is okay and offers nice views of the city lights at night. Unfortunately apart from the train station theres not much else nearby in terms of restaurants or bars. Worse points are terrible wifi, traffic noise, lukewarm shower and nose picking staff in the restaurant.

A medium budget hotel offering very good food. Rooms are big and cleaned every day if required. Fine for a quick visit to Jaipur. Policy regarding alcohol has changed. While they dont serve it from the hotel they are happy to buy it for you and bring to your room.
