Huge property decent rooms but not a 5 star property at all

Ta-blu staff was not worthy of working in 5 star else everything was nice.

Decent Hotel with nice Lobby .Hotel needs maintenance work as it looks old when we enter room area .Good italian food options . Breakfast was just ok nothing great .

Service is too bad. Our Penthouse stay was good. Rooms are well managed.

Besides clean and spacious rooms they lack a good system and good service .... The system is full of greed .... 1st thing they dont have fix prices for the rooms they fluctuate like share market and the staff is confused themselves about the prices ..... Secondly they charge you for every basic thing that other hotels provide for free and when you ask them to pay for those services together at time of checkout they force you to pay before .... So basically everytime you are ordering something you will have to pay it there and then ...which is quite rare in Hotels of this segment .... Overall nice property but ruined by management .....

The property is wonderful for stay.. however this time in-room dining experience was not so pleasant..the prices remain the same however quantity/portion size of each item is reduced almost to half. Also the service was pretty slow..the Zocrust cafe food was next level experience..a must try is their classic apple pie , garden fresh pizza and pasta arabiata

We visited tablu roof top cafe ,ambience was good ,but dealyed service but the drinks were awsome .. overall a nice experience.

Pathetic hotel. I checked in today- 28th August.Main door was broken and not getting closed it took 30 mins till some one came and fixed the problem. Electric kettle was as dirty as it can be. Was replaced after 3 reminders. No one picks up phone in house keeping and you are left at mercy of reception. Wifi speed is so slow that I opted to switch off wifi and use phone internet. Bet sheet is dirty. It cant get worse. It is worst than a roadside without star hotelDont know who reviews and rate it 5 star. God help the clients who are stuck here.

Hello, I have visited multiple of times. Zolocrust bakery and their rooftop restaurant is good. I specially likes their bakery i.e. Zolocrust. Pizzas are good. They even serve wheat base thin crust pizza, vegan pizza. Chamoile tea was also good. Prize is bit higher side however its 24*7. Good place to hangout with friends and family.

We expected a good ambiance,but clarks amer is just a hyped up name except for the restaurant and entrance there was nothing that could have pleased us to call this hotel a 5star,seriously oyo hotels have better staff n rooms . 1. Lenins were not proper ,quality of pillow covers are better in motels. Blanket cover was way oversized as of blanket not at all comfrtbl.. 2.There was a hair in bath tub ,commode wasnt clean ,utilities provided were old as they should be replaced every time a guest leaves . 3. Rooms weren’t presentable . Moving on to the confusion created by staff-we took a package which included breakfast and our stay we paid rs.4410 ,but there was a confusion among staff as they thought we modified our plan which will be including dinner as well in our existing plan ,but in evening we refused for dinner went out to eat at wtp, as soon as we came back somebody contacted us from the reception and said tht our name was included in there dinner guest list, but we refused and said that we didn’t pay for our as I wasn’t included in our plan but they called again and said that you have alrdy paid but again we reconfirmed 3/4 times and any how after getting assured confirmation we ordered our dinner that too (one kulcha and kadhai panner and 4scoops of butterscotch icecream)which tasted pretty amazing just like today’s breakfast. But today while checking out they handed us with dinner bill which was of rs.1600 we were shocked because CLARKS AMER recognising itself as a 5 STAR HOTEL we weren’t expecting such carelessness from there staff which m sure are passed out from good hotel management colleges. When we contacted last night’s staff they refused and lied that there wasn’t any such discussion and manager in charge of today was pretty clear and loud and said that we know its our mistake but still u have to pay it ,manager(the guy with specs ,white haired and under qualified for this job) was very rude to us .I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE SO UNWELCOMING TO A COUPLE IN HOTELS ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH GOOD IMAGE ,COZ WE ARE EXPECTING A GOOD SET OF STAFF WHO ARE THOROUGHLY EDUCATED AND WAY MUCH AHEAD OF SOCIAL STEREOTYPES .they think only airbnb is good for a couple to hang out. I seriously forgot to get his (manager)name other wise i would have wrote here .The guy attending us at reception RAVI he was polite and just was doing his job but the manager was rude and said “ye 5 star hotel hai “which made us feel so bad that we were from some cheap society or something like that,anyway guys if you want to spend some quality and respectful time with you loved one please I seriously do not recommend this place coz being a hyped up place doesn’t assure u a quality time and respectful time .. I SERIOUSLY REGRET MY STAY THERE. Ps:- the food was nice..

Hotel staff was good. I had to wait for the check in. Room was okay but the washroom fittings were old (wear and tear) visible. Yet everything in good working order. The rooftop restaurant is amazing Overall a pleasant stay.

We had stayed here for 4 nights 5 days.Amazing hospitality and very clean and neat rooms . Special mention to Mr Salman who helped us to make our stay very comfortable and nice and Chef Rishi of Zolocrust who made some scrumptious deserts and mouth watering falafel salad and the most awesome pizza we had ever had.Their tiramisu is to die for ,the best I have had in my life

Great stay and enjoyed a trip alot. Hotel is at good location, near to Airport, patrika gate, jawahar corcle, world trade park, albert hall, birla mandir. It is very convenient to stay. Room is so spacious, daily cleaning and staff is so supportive. I lost my room excess card but manager or cashier never ask for penalty and issue a new card within seconds. I recomend every one to stay in this hotel if u r travelling for Jaipur. Lush green campus, parking space is the beauty of this hotel. Staff is so polite and security. Hotel is on JLN marg. Which is a connecting road to the city.

The hotel has good ambience and the food is also amazing. Also, there is good arrangement for wheelchair accessible. The staff is also very helpful and cooperative. Although it was difficult to find washrooms other then in the hotel rooms.

If I have to describe it in three words then there are none better than, Just Loved It. Clarks Amer is one of the finest hotels you will find in Jaipur. It is up to the mark of Clarks Chain of hotels. Fine dining, neat and clean rooms, curtious staff what more does a traveller need. If you are staying at this hotel surely go to the Jawahar Circle Park in the morning and take a walk around the park it was quite relaxing.Thank you for this amazing stay.☺️

One of the Best and oldest Hotel of Jaipur , located nearby to Jaipur Airport on the most beautiful road of Jaipur, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road. Almost all amenities of mordan days are available. Rooms are specious, staff is well trained well dressed and humble.Food and drinks served fresh and delicious.

My stay at this hotel was good. Rooms are spacious and they provide all the amenities. Parking space is enough but it would be much better if they provided valet parking. Staff is polite and very supportive. So overall service was commendable.

This is a heritage and one of the old five star hotel in Jaipur .If your looking for relaxed stay with a good view around Jaipur then Ho for it .But preffer upper floors as they advance in room anemities and mordern toiletriesBuffe Breakfast is not that much up to mark in matter of taste of quality as its a Five star hotel.

Visited the place many times in last thirty years. Everything looks same. Even the food has same taste. Vintage property but very well done. Vistor Parking inside the premise is less as a compared to footfall. Very good location. Will recommend for parties and functions.

The staff especially the restaurant staff is very allergic to kids and the restaurant staff has etiquette problem.The staff named as Narender kumar in the restaurant has very bad attitude and want the kids should be out of the restaurant for 2 consecutive days at the breakfast table.

Poor service and casual attitude of staff, room service was pathatic both in terms of time and quality of service.It took 2 hours for hotel to provide extra bed in the room and it stretched to past midnight.Next day at morning breakfast the restaurant was over booked due to marriage guests and at this pandemic time there was huge risk, plus the staff could not handle the crowed. The management could have been better if the guests were served breakfast in 2-3 places.

We are a regular customer at Clarks amer and they always provide the best services to their customers. this time they let us down. they had room and cleanliness issues. the few things which were never charged for were charged on this time. we didnt have basic amenities in the room which are given in their amenities list. we had to ask for it every time. overall many such things contributed to our not so good stay this time at Clarks amer. as we are a loyal customer to them we hope these things changes as fast as they can for their own betterment . we hope to see better services next time

Its a five star Hotel situated very close to Airport. Multi storied with good surroundings. Lush green lawn and swimming pool. Zolocrust restaurant have very large varieties of Pizzas and Bakery items, Bar is also good and have shopping area. Vallet parking is also available. Wheel chair is also available. Eco friendly Battery cars are there to parking.Parking

Very basic rooms. While the booking was for breakfast and lunch/dinner package there was no buffet arrangements for dinner. They offered a thali which took more than an hour to come. Toiletries were missing had to be requested. The Tata Sky was not functional. Very unlike a 5 star experience.

Property is good, food is good, but extremely poor service and lazy attitude of staff makes the overall experience very poor.We checked into their penthouse, which had problems. They moved us to a different room, which took more than an hour to sort. And when we asked for lunch, they said the timing is over and they cant serve, which was ridiculous as we had meals on board on our stay. Pathetic experience and very poor service. On top of that, the managers attitude was extremely disrespectful. The manager, Virej, did not try to mend the situation, but waited for us to complain about all of this and more, and then he simply said he was aware about the situations, and asked us what we wanted him to do. A manager proposes solution, not ask for it from customers. Very poorly managed property.

I had stayed in clarks amer a couple number of times. But this stay was not upto the mark. We checked in at 7 am which was chargeable which is okay. The room was not that great as to what I have stayed in the past. The toiletries were used. The moisturizer bottle was used while the other two were fresh ones. The TV was not working which was fixed after we complained. The bathroom wasnt that clean as I usually expect from clarks amer. Moreover it was not a good stay as compared to what I have experienced previously. It might be a matter of this time only because the previous stays were really upto the mark. Since I had to leave by night itself so there was no sense of complaining to change the room yet I believe they will look into these things since they are best at their services.

Average!! Asked for extra bedding at 10 and after calling them 10 times they did extra bedding at 11:30-12... They provide in room dinner with disposable spoons and plates, giving a reason that due to COVID but in breakfast they were providing proper cutlery and breakfast was with a group of people who were there to attend a marriage....in the morning restaurant was no less than a fish market where people were without the mask.... They put our lives at a stake by making us sit with 100 people in a same restaurant!! Not Expected and Accepted!!

It’s a nice old style hotel having its own warmth ! Staff is courteous, Food quality is good but it comes with a cost. It’s really expensive, Have a look at the Hotel Menu before planning to stay at the Clarks ! The location is peaceful, it takes half an hour to navigate at all the highlights of the city !

Just checked into the hotel. Being a regular visitor was expecting service at par with other hotel I had visited in a couple of months in Jaipur but I am really disappointed by the incompetent staff of front office as well as room service. Each one gives lame excuses of covid . Cost savings is the agenda and quality service has no place. Would never come back again. Staff doesn’t give any response and no senior managers are there. Worst hotel of the jaipur. Manager doesnt know how to! Talk with guest. Bhikhari hai saale dab ke sab.I think jaisa owner hota hai vaisa hi staff hota hai. Owner bhi bhikhari hi hoga.Do not book any room Or service of this hotel. They people doesnt have humanity.

Clarks Amer is a 5 Star Hotel with varieties of room. Its is on JLN road and nearby to World Trade Park mall. Room was neat and clean and room service was quick. I had some issues with TV which got resolved after an hour of raising complain but that is fine. I stayed for two days and experience was good. This hotel has a huge property with lush green campus and good parking space. Hotel staff for friendly and nice.

Perfect example of Naam bade darshan chote. Poor service in terms of time.Leakage in room, had to call multiple times for basic amenities.Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Not at all worth the money.
