They arent professionals. First of all they dont deliver on time and than blame us that we didnt receive the parcel. We asked them to deliver at 5 PM and since 1 PM they didnt pick up the call nor replied to message. And suddenly at 9 PM they text and ask to collect the parcel while we are out for dinner and then they say us that we dont entertain people like you and mam mujhe aur bhi kaam h . Yeah she has work of getting orders and not delivering it on time and rather blaming it on customers.
