Being an authorised service centre, has workers with very less experience.They will try to trick you to get your car over serviced even if it can be repaired easily.Had a bad experience with the spokesperson there. My car had starter motor issue and was told even if the starter motor is repaired the engine wont work.Got it checked out from a local dealer outside and after changing the starter motor the engine started.Had some issue with the connection rod only.The advise given by the workers here were only to book high profits from our car repair.Now I have Zero faith in their evaluation of car service.

Third class service. Very nonsense and irresponsible staff. They put a damage on our car on the very first service and blaming us for the same. Charge us the amount of 1200 Rs. replacing a single handle and put a dent on that. They need to improve the service and the staff first.

Keeps on calling again and again for service and insurance renewal of Alto K10 car which caught fire a year ago. Told them politely many times that RC of my car has been cancelled, but I guess politeness is not what they understand.

One reception is there. Sitting arrangements available. Four tables with chairs are there on which agents convince and give details about cars. Couch is their to sit. One big LED. One area for accessory things. One chart on wall to show the color of cars. One little cafe. No proper arrangements of fan or AC. When I visited they are using three fans(frata). One display which is showing about car. Two cars were there as a show piece. No parking lot available. Customers park their vehicles on road or aside of road. In this showroom approximately ten people working. Aside of it there is a place where they park other vehicles to show people and there is also car service area. No washroom for customers so mostly people were seen peeing in plot near showroom

I heard mixed reviews about Pandit Automobiles, so I was little scared before buying car from them but all went good and I would like to thanks the staff members only for this experience. Kushal Sharma showed the cars whatever I wanted to see very politely and humbly and even went with me to the godown to show me the car they are going to deliver. Shikha relationship manager attended very well, although she is a sales person so obvious to be little cunning but overall, she is polite and there was a little scratch over my car at delivery time which can happen for obvious reasons, I can understand but still its a new car, So i didnt like that scratch and she offered me to change the bonnet but i didnt want any bolt to be opened on first day of my car, so i denied and made settlement.But they can manage their go down facilities as cars are not well managed there, they can save their lacs of money by just spending some amount on their Infra and even no good seating/ parking facility is there.One less star for Bad Infrastructure.Also, for new buyers, never believe on blindly what they say, keep your eyes open and be aware about market, no body is naive in todays world especially businesses.Hoping a good service ahead from them.

I recently went to Arena Showroom at Gobindpuri Byepass Road and was amazed to see their classy and sophisticated interiors. It had a modern look and the staff members were always available to answer all my queries. Since I am planning to buy a new car soon, I will surely opt for Pandit Automobiles.

Worst driving school is Maruti driving school. They dont teach you driving but only take you for a ride.
