Food was decent and Ambience was good but the food was a little overpriced. A lot of better and cheaper restaurants available in the city.

Food was food, seating arrangement is also good, spacious restaurant, courteous staff but floor was dirty and even the wash basin area was dirty.

Nice vegetarian place to dine out. But certainly lacks professionalism on hotel management basics. Still I go there with family to dine out.

Worst service. If there are a group having dinner there then all the staff and manager ignore the small groups(3-4 persons) sitting there. It seems that small group is not their customer. I asked for only 02 items but they did not served even aftr 50 minutes and finally came out without taking food. But managers did not show excuse. Shame to sagar ratna. Never go again.
