We ordered and got poor delivery beyond committed period for 2Hi rolling mills for installation at our steel production units. The roll tool for rolling offers very poor show on Hardness, stiffness, load, rigidity. The mill roll must operate safe, with no breakage and deformations but to the shock, it is completely missing, poor response, communications barriers made it it the bitter experience. In past, on high speed, the excess vibration in the work roll stand generated loss...chatter marks on the strip defects with flatness and ruptures. Better to mention for buyers kind of us that its a Small production ordinary factory unit located in a feel of rural area with 10-15 employees. Not even sure of any certified manufacturing experience on the hierarchy chart from top to bottom. Beware of the sales agents by the establishment
