Worst service ever, no system, no staff management, spent 1 whole day for an ultrasound. Test.We waited for our turn for 3 hours. The one who knows someone within the staff came, got treated and left..we went there for the first time.Anyone who goes there must have to spent the whole day..Worst management ever seen...Never recommended.

No person was wearing mask and no one is taking precautions against covid-19 there ....

Pathetic hospital and services. Suffocating atmosphere as no cross ventilation in around waiting area and also in gallery outside ultrasound section. Will call you to wait outside ultrasound at least 40 min and no sitting arrangements there. No privacy of patients as at a time more than one patient is allowed inside ultrasound room. Not coming back. Should be -5 ⭐.

Best Doctor 👍My son has been admitted here twice , right from the admission to discharge , it’s just wonderful. The staff here is the best, you don’t have to bother about the ward, it’s their responsibility. The lab is fully equipped and Mr Bhupinder here is best at his work with a lot of politness. Dr Dolly is best at ultrasound. Dr Vikram is so good as a doctor and a superb human, he speaks with so much politeness with small kids that the kids immediately feel comfortable. May nobody ever require a doctor for their kids but God forbid if they do please come here and take your child back hale and hearty .

I have been to this hospital many times and always had great experience, as i was treated by Dr. Vikram, he is really an amazing doctor and treats patients just not by medicines but also with lots of motivation and happiness by making patients laugh.On the other hand he also provides basic knowledge which is important.The best part of this hospital is having laboratory for all small and common tests for instant checkup. Which leads to no worries of going here and there.Also being a hospital, i have found much neat and clean rooms and surroundings without any common foul smell, which is generally found is hospitals.

I visited there for first time but sorry to say that such rude staff behavior is not expected by such hospitals. I went there for just an ultrasound didnt meet the Doctor but they need to focus on there staff that how to deal because every thing starts from the front office desk.

Pathetic hospital & money minded Dr.Vikram Sehgal. They see patients as money making opportunity. My cousins 6 days old baby was adviced for blood test and immediate hospitalisation by Dr. Vikram for 3-4days for a minor stomach infection. When we took 2nd opinion,the other doctor said baby is fine and he will recover within 2-3 days. Baby recovered as advised by 2nd doctor on his own

I contacted hospital for ultrasound appointment, they asked to come and when we went there, they asked to come tomorrow. Service to patient needs to improve a lot. Appointment means you can take that on call, NOT by personally visiting that.
