Receive excellent service everytime I visit the store. They have unique pieces not found in every other store. Staff/owner always take the time to find items I am looking for style, colour and size. When possible they have even ordered in a different size for me. Ill keep going back!

Unwelcoming store .. please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. “Fashions” are gaudy and a bit try hard at best unfortunately.

Support local. The location is a bit tucked away but the selection is great. My wife has convinced me to join her to shop on occasion, she seems to like the way my credit card performs there. Keeps her happy :)

Discrimination abound!A great store for women to become empowered through fashion (as long as you fit their particular definition of a woman). They care deeply about your fashion choices; so much so in fact theyll even remove you from the premises if they dont like you in their clothes.I will increase this to a 5* review if a member of their staff can provide me a list of the types of people that ARE welcome there. I would hate to show up and be asked to leave for being the wrong sort of human. How embarrassing.

Whenever I come to calgary I used to come here all the time, unfortunately as of recently, the staff have been less than accommodating and/or helpful. I do not recommend. My friend was also shamed and denied by this store as he was a male, and was shopping for himself in the women’s section. We all want to support small business’ but it seems this one doesn’t want any support!

What kind of store turns away a paying customer? Probably one that doesnt know how to operate a successful business. I know if I was a small business competing with the big boys Id cater to, and be thankful for, any customer who decided to frequent my establishment. Poor customer service is never rewarded.

Its quite apparent that this store isnt open minded or very welcoming. A gender fluid person was asked to leave because they made other customers feel uncomfortable. Very discriminatory store. A customer was told that they did not deserve to shop in this store because they were transgender and that “only real women can shop in their store.” Absolute garbage if you ask me. Do not shop there, because if you don’t look exactly like this “perfect woman” they envision, they’ll show you the door like the discriminating jerks they are.

Staff discriminated against a returning customer who was intending on supporting this small business, but because they were non binary and buying clothes for themselves they were kicked out. This place has shown poor taste in treating others with decency thats required for basic human rights especially towards the lgbtq+ community. This is disgusting and I will make sure to never support this company. If I could give them negative reviews I would.

I used to work for a high-end boutique that was very open to all identities, no one was turned away. For a shop to not have a comfortable and open view on these things is saddening, especially in fashion! I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless you want to swallow dusty beliefs and be stuck with poor quality garments sold by insecure individuals.

This store recently, illegally and unfairly, discriminated against a protected group of people (by refusing to serve) a transgender woman because she is transgender, and that is beyond reprehensible. An apology is nice, but its no proof of changed behavior.I would hate to show up and be asked to leave for being the wrong sort of woman. Awful.

I was going to refrain from leaving this review, however after reading a reply from the owner answering a question regarding why they will not allow anyone other than cis women to shop there. Owner insisted i try the communal nacho cheese cauldron in the middle of the store. i found this odd as it is a pandemic. the smell of nacho cheese overwhelmed me and now i am at winners buying a new outfit as i soiled my outfit there due to the exceedingly runny consistency of the nacho cheese.

Had a less than pleasant experience here, the owners/staff are discriminatory towards their patrons and I actually witnessed them kick out a young man for trying to shop as the staff member didnt like that he was trying to purchase womens clothing for himself. Living in the Cochrane area myself, I have actually visited this store on a few occasions. While I had no issues shopping, a friend of mine recently was kicked out of this shop by an employee for being biologically male when he was shopping for himself. He loved their clothes and simply wished to support a local store during these hard times. He was treated with disrespect and was discriminated against for mentioning the words cross dressing. It is 2020 and we are STILL having BUSINESS OWNERS discriminate against orientation or gender expression?! Are you kidding me?! May have been to this store before but I guarantee you I will NEVER be back and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know not too as well. Nacho cheese cauldron boiled over and spilled onto my shoes. my jncos were ruined. they didnt have any bowls for the cheese sauce so I had to use my shoes. ruined my pumps.

While I appreciate that this is a gender neutral bathroom, it needs a lot of work. In bad shape and needs a lot of repairs. I think its time for new management.

I recently had the privilege of having Nancy and Kayleigh help me find some lovely new clothes. As an immigrant, I still find shopping in Canada daunting. I dont understand how the various fashions brands can help me look my best. However the ladies of NV Fashions, took the hassle and anxiety away. They were professional, friendly and helpful. Im so pleased with the items I have bought they help make me the best version of myself and they are such good quality. Visit Nancy and Kayleigh today, you wont be disappointed.
