Easily on road located District court in jagadhri near bus stand of jagadhari...covers both cities mainly yamunanagar and jagadhri also...court have a large space in it...general facilities like library,parking space,washroom avilble here...Mainly located in Huda Sector 17....

I am practicing lawyer in Jagadhri for more than 25 years Criminal and civil lawyer

The offices here are too much confusing. Its hard to locate because there no signboard indicating where to go for that specific work. Its too much crowded on normal days and there are more typists than normal people. The road outside the complex is in bad condition.

Yamuna Nagar Sessions Division is headed by District & Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri. Presently, Sessions Division has sanctioned strength of one District & Sessions Judge, Five Additional District & Sessions Judges, a court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, a court of Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), and 07 courts of Civil Judges (Junior Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrates. All of the Civil Judges also exercise the powers of Judicial Magistrates and Rent Controllers. The District & Sessions Judge and Additional District & Sessions Judges exercise powers of Appellate Authority under the Haryana Urban (Control of Rent Restriction) Act, 1973 and as Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The pecuniary jurisdiction of appellate courts as well as of the Civil Judges (Senior Division) is unlimited. The Civil Judges (Junior Division) exercise jurisdiction in original civil suits upto the value of rupees two lac and on completion of three years service also exercise jurisdiction in the cases above the value of rupees two lac. A H.C.S. (Judicial Branch) Officer primarily on his appointment invested with the powers of a Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class and on completion of training of one year, he is invested with Ist Class powers as well summary powers under section 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the recommendation of the Sessions Judge concerned.

I have never seen any one who is satisfied by courts decisions people take their personal matters to the court and feel more frustated it takes many years to solve any case and after spending so much time & money still there is no surity . I wish lawyers could understand emotional needs of victims most of cases are based on strong emotional hurts . Which they could solve outside by fighting taking things in their hand but still they prefer going to lawyer humanity still exist they go to court in hope and faith that justice will be done.

Mr yash pal sharma advocate complained againt his client naresh kumar mittal after 2 years. by cheating me in my case . he lacks of knowlege or knowingly done my case fruitless.

Court is situated on road you can easily recognise it. Parking lot is available. Many court room available here where proceedings go every working day. Second and forth Saturday is off. Lot of work. It see work of yamunanagar area though it is situated in jagadhri. It sub-division court is in bilaspur.

No proper marking for places and no proper help counter is there by the way we should manage spare three or four days even for a one hour work. They shows too systematic even they dont. They work like hell.

Too much work suspended by lawyers and judges favor few of lawyers.Parking is another problem.

Good place .Justice is available here for us.

The most Worst Yu can expect! Fake cases, fake complaints and fake judiciary!! No Justice Available!! Everyone here is Wolf in the sheep clothing, just to loot innocents..!So Beware!
