Room was okay. Near to the main Street and some good food nearby.The guys needed a lot of time to arrange things. For example the breakfast was always late and for everything you asked they needed like 30 more minutes.He always had friends over who where drinking and listening to music and movies till late. They slept on the couch and chairs in the hallway (right in front of our room).The room is okay, though just cold water.

Guest house which was the lowest price looking for with air conditioning private room in Jaffna city center. The location is not clear, but the location is good and the owner was kind and I was able to spend comfortably.
