Very poor service. Despite of thier assurances reports of my mother related to covid profile were not given or uploaded online. Due to which I am unable to start her treatment. No response from the person even who collected the samples. I had give samples to other labs which were very prompt in delivering the reports as committed. Pathetic at thier end. Failed in thier commitments. I would request others to give your essential samples to other reputed labs.

Highly unprofessional, they forget to take samples and arguing that it’s a miss communication between staff.Don’t know, How they run a lab with this behaviour !Try ignore them, don’t know even they give a perfect report or not !
