Worst hotel in jabalpur. Not recommend

Location is very good ,it is situated near shopping mall and restaurants and fast food corner in the middle of city

This is worst hotel for couple .I paid a amount which he asked and then he give small congested room which has very dirty floor ,linens no facility for tv ,no bath accessories. I didnt recommend for any one .staff also very unprofessional they all time stare us .

Rooms are immaculate but services were awful...and too late.

Window is in broken condition, Water Heater is not working, commode is very dirty, washroom bucket is dirty, mosquitoes are there in the room, I suggest OYO should quit this Hotel as there is no maintenance, the breakfast was provided by Hotel is also not even warm

Though the hotel provided free breakfast & deal from agoda was very reasonable but i got only single plate of poha. i was solo traveller. meal not sufficient for single person. also i dont ask for anotherone

Hotel is goodneet and cleanair cooled room but air cooler not available,so hotel good on except summer.location is good , almost main market area.room and toilet well condition rest will be ok after renovation, which is running. staff behaviour is good services on time.recommend to all this is nice and good place to stay.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is very good. All good places to shop and eat are just around it. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. Would definitely recommend it.

Worst behaviour. Dont come to this hotel. They only can say sorry for anything you need. They do not have normal water. Water heater is there in some room and some do not have. Over all the worst hotel I have stayed with Oyo

Intially I had a problem with my room but later they provided a good room . Service manager was good . Good for single person

It is one of the worst hotel and staff here is ridiculous who are busy in making cheap comments on their guest no safety when such terrible people are employees are working their, a guy name Rajput is very much concern about his festivals and making continuous bad comments. Hell i will ask you all not to visit this Dwarika Inn same I have complaint on OYO Rooms as well because i get in trap of such hotel because of oyorooms. Please dont ever visit this Hotel Dwarika Inn of Jabalpur.

Its a great hotel overall,not judging by the restaurant services that arent completely operational period,the rooms are great with good service.

Poor I said again Its very poor room service of Hotel Dwarika nothing about hospiality even drinking water came after my demandwhen we reach at hotel...........parking issue also a major issue when I park my car some one questioning about place..In everything when we came back after shoping nearby restaurant person again quarreled with us about parking place......... AC remote wasnt supporting and temperature set 30 digree by default after tow hour atleast its changed.Than after in night I am continuing demanding for drinking water but I found it after one hour although its my basic nassacity to take diabetes pills. I want atleast one dust bin and a hanger for my shirt but I got it after one and half houre when .associate help me out for this akward situation......that was my experience so how can I recommend this Hotel to My other .. freinds, otherwise amenities and location is very fine.... but room service not cooperative with customer for a hassles delighting and peaceful stay.......,😢😢😢

This is the second time I was facing issue with the difference in the booking amount showed in OYO app and the charge the hotel was asking. Please try to show the exact amount that needs to be paid because the hotel people ask for the difference amount else doesnt allow to check-in.

Located at popular Civic center coupati, near samdariya mall. We might face a bit of parking issue. Overall rooms quality was average.

Everything is overall good. But the worst thing is that hotel charged me as per tariff of the day of my check-in, not as the tariff of my booking through oyo app. And I had to paid the amount in cash to hotel. They charged me 2000 fir two Nights where my booking amount was 1452 for two nights.

I carried headache from this hotel, bedroom space is lesser than the bathroom, the geyser was not working, ac was noisy. No sofas available in the room, the cupboard was broken, etc.

They cant give proper survice and before 1 hour staff called for checkout.

Good to stay with family as well as solo, economic and centrally located with choupati and mall nearby
