I have visited this store and i found good stuff and collection. staff are so friendly, luckily I had meet Akansha. she is good and can read customers mind and now Im a regular customer on Firstcry.

Very cheap experience for such an expensive brand. Couldnt even provide a carry bag.

In Diwali eve day they said no to come while the shop was open.Pls dont call and msg from now on to visit your store. Very unprofessional experience.

Worst product quality, clothes I bought for my baby has many small holes which means the stock is old, colours faded off in a week. Staff did not wanted to put any effort to find the right size. Never Returing to first cry stores or even the website. Highly disappointed

It was really wrost experience buying product from there.. i bought Musical cot from there they charged 1200 for it also not given any discount . But there sales person Mr. Rakesh said if any problem occurs just come to our showroom we will solve the problem HE PROMISED. After 2-3 days we faced a problem and we visited to there showroom firstly MR. RAKESH diniyed to replace the product and said we will logged a complaint but nothing happened.. again we visit he was not talking properly and blaming us . Big Hit happened when there manager come into picture and said we can not help it and we do not have return or exchange policy.First thing why you do false promises.Second thing your sales person and Manager dosent know how to talk with customers.If someone is buying product from first cry that means customer should be educated not fool .I wasted my money and time..

Worst experience, worst staff bought so many things but they didnt exchange but when the sold the things they do so many promises, no much variety are available
