Far from city, lack of public transport. Near by area will take at least 15-20 years to develop. Township is well planned. Concrete roads built but not maintained. One provisional store is also there at the main gate of township. Many families are already residing and many houses are under construction.

Place is beautiful. Properly managed and developed. There are many gardens. The environment is not polluted unlike any other place in Jabalpur. But before buying the property you should check all the paperwork. I repeat do check all the papers. I found out that one of their land is owned by Sc/St person and as per the laws general category person cant buy land owned by reserved category person. But they are selling it without telling you this imp information
