Very good collection. Poonam really dealt with us with great patience and showed us products as per our taste. Bharti, the floor manager just made it even better experience.. Be it the brand Tanishq or the staff, the best thing was that there was transparency in the complete process

Nice collection, polite staff and less waiting time as compared to the sadar showroom. Also the fact that this is situated in the middle of the city makes it easier to go to by default. One big problem is parking, which is there in the sadar showroom too but this one has parking for four five four wheelers at the most.

WORST STAFF !!! Especially the store manager Mr. Anshul, very uncooperative, they just want to make more sale, they dont even care about the customer satisfaction and they have such high ego issues, that they didnt even want to contact the Tanishq,Sadar store manager themselves , infact they told me to call them from my phone and make them talk to them about credit note transfer.(Manager himself told - theirs a communication gap between us, I dont want to make a phone call to them, THIS IS UTTER NUISANCE,their ego is beyond the limits) Product got tarnished , company agreed to exchange the product, but the staff of this store wasnt cooperative at all.Dont visit Wright town tanishq store , better go make a purchase from SADAR TANISHQ , the staff there is very helpful, they solved my problem immediately and let me purchase the desired product in fraction of time .
