Only UBI branch which has efficient working staff and cater customers well

The workers are so lazy, I feel like I should remove my account from this bank. Its been more than 8 months I have been asking them how to block my atm ATM card I want to have a new one, old one is not working properly. All they have to say is call the toll free number and block the card, and when I call on that number, no response! Been trying to call the banks number, no response!! What kind of service is this? You all are just making things more difficult for us and nothing else.

Bank is good but worker are lazy here,Even if you applied for a new atm card you have to wait more than one hour for information about your atm cardThey have lot of excuse, they dont like listen to you
