Staff is rude, first they are behind you to place orders and all and once the order is placed no proper status tracking, no contact info of the person delivering, basically no idea when the delivery be done, they don’t speak nicely once you make the payment. Shop’s Behaviour needs to be changed.

My wife sent me a greeting card that looked like was printed off a later jet printer and old paper folded. Red velvet cake was bland, too dry and just sugar taste. Very bad experience.

Clean and hygienic place. Proper sanitation is maintained. Excellent cakes . Just love it

If you want to spoil some ones day... Order from them. Stale flowers... Used wrappings and unprofessional staff!! Ferns and Petals should take away their franchisee from them. Spoiling their name and also the name of the city.

Ordered a cake with message but I got it without message.. and it was tasteless cake.. total waste of money.. and owner was very rude when I had called her..

I have ordered many a times from FnP, every time there is some or the other flaw, be it the wrapping paper or quality of the cake. Just want to say that, dont go with the pictures they post on their website. the product comes out to be the 3rd or 4th copy of the picture you see!! Not at all worth the price they charge! The least you guys can do is to send fresh flowers, if you cannot replicate the picture you share on website. You need to understand the customers expectation! Overpriced!!!!

Pathetic quality of flowers received. Also the representative(Rashmi Gupta) was horrendous to talk to. Stated that the flowers she was selling was of no better quality. She kept disconnecting calls one after the other.The shop should be shut permanently and their license should be revoked .

Horrible experience...particularly this shop of ferns and petals in jabalpur... The staffs are not at all cooeprative and are very harsh...

I can count on Rashmi and Priyanka to make any occassion a special delight with their creativity and inputs. 😊

Worst Experience, one lady called me from the shop and said we deliver cakes (she mentioned that last time i ordered cake online from her shop) then i agreed & paid money to her and she didnt deliver cake, i called her many times but she didnt pick my call. She spoiled mothers day.

Worst experience for the past two times. i have been using this service for years now, but recently their quality has gone tot he dogs. Flowers were not fresh and other items like chocolates were missing. Never going to use again and will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

Beaware:: They are fraud kind of people.. they charge for what they show in their catalogue and send some other cheap article to the delivery address..

Not received at mentioned time slot & cake received was awful n instead of the item mention they send send a cake which was stale
