Neat and hygienic restaurant although service is a bit slow but thats understandable because of the customer turnout and service personal employed here. A good property on the bank of river Narmada.You can enjoy Duhandhar falls from the property. They dont serve non veg, veg food is ok.The day we visited the weather was humid , the restaurant was hot and very humid as there were no ac. The desert cooler was unable to cool the hall.

The service provide by them are more than enough. The charges of the resort are also upto the mark. Staff is friendly and overall it is beautiful place with beautiful view around.

It is a Good Resort out of city in a peaceful place but only draw back is approach road and distance at which it is located ...It quite tough to go and come in night time..

It is just amazinggggg u cant beleive how much fun i m having here might be everyone mixed up rewiews are 4☆ but if u will watch its waterfall u are just going to be astonished! At first i was i was about to give it 4☆ review but when we came to restruant i saw the view it was amazing and the food is alsoooo soo good u should definately come here!

Worst hospitality, worst food,worst place youll ever visit

Its a very good resort with great location and ambience. The cottages are very spacious,neat and clean. The staff is very helpful and food quality and tast is nice. Given an opportunity would definitely like to visit again

Clean. Good and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Very near to new Bhedaghat, thus offers excellent opportunities for photography and new angle of view.It is a bit off route and people without their own vehicles would find it difficult to reach the place. One option would be to reach Bhedaghat & then cross to new Bhedaghat by ropeway. All in all it was a very good decision to stay here and would book the rooms again if the opportunity arises.

Very worst and pathetic service by gopala,their staff are very arrogant and rude they don’t know how to behave with their customer special their manager..uneducated man

Had a good view of Narmada from the resort. The food is decent. The rooms are spacious. Service is also courteous. Reducing a star as the room had no wardrobes or place to store clothes. The room had kettle but no cups. But overall a pleasant stay.

Highly recommend for relaxed trips. Mr. Tripathi & Team wont let you down. Experience the container stay with split floor. Kids love it.

The restaurant does not go well with the scenic view of dhuandhar.As for the service, It feels like they are offering catering service. The food is fair, not very good. The tables are iron tables that we see in catering, with a rubbish stained cloth and old plastic chairs. Hand wash is a stainless steel catering handwash. The waiter dumps the untidy plates into one big bucket.This restaurant doesnt feel like a restaurant at all. The ambience is nothing in the name of a restaurant in the arms of the scenic marble rock valley.Overall, its not good. Think before you visit.

Located far away from Jabalpur. Even though it is connected by ropeway to Dhuandhar waterfall it is inconvenient and the route is messy. The property is large and service is very poor. The reception is clueless and time consuming. Food is served in a windy lounge and there is no room service. Stray dogs abound in the campus and terrorise residents. No room heaters are available in cold season. No taxis or ola comes this far so you are stuck if you do not have personal transport.

Unbelievable experience!! One must definitely stay at Gopala. The view resort offers are worth spending time with family or even solo. The eco-friendly and natural environment will make your mind relax and body forget all the pains. The resort side rope way adds the beauty of watching falls from great heights. Yea how can we forget food!! You will get sone authentic dishes which really tastes awesone. The rooms are very spacious n staff very friendly.

Superb place, you will feel like never before... many times in Jabalpur we went to Bhedaghat , Dhuandhar but it is the only one part of it, the second phase of Bhedaghat Dhuadhar is new Bhedaghat where you will get never seen sights and very highly positive nature resort that Vrindavan Gopala Resort.. Accommodation rooms,AC huts,Restaurant food,open garden,lawn,playground, hall all facilities are good for any kind of event,marriage, party,celebration,picnic,holidays,seminars,conference, etc.... everybody should have to be go there to feel see one more beauty of the Jabalpur. :)

Good outing spot at the bank of river narmada.Its location opposite Dhuandhar Water Fall make it more charming. Rooms are good, though a bit highly priced. Food is average.

The view the place provides is just awesome. Its a nice experience eating there.. only the food and time they take to serve it, can be better.

The premises are extremely pretty and offer a great view of the Dhuandhar falls. The rooms are okay. There is no WiFi, and no facility for room service for meals. The rooms are situated at a fair distance from the reception, and small rickshaw-like transport services are available within the resort. One drawback here is that the major recreational activities lie on the opposite side of the river, so the only mode to go there is via ropeway, or 22km by road.

This restaurant is a pure veg restaurant situated across Bheda Ghat and cannot be reached by ropeway. Starters are not so good but the main course is good. Also, a very good photographic view available from here.

Nice food and tasty too, usually other restaurants have spicy dishes but this restaurant provides with the adequate quantity and medium spicy

Beautiful place, lot of activities, good and clean rooms, room service is poor. Good resort for family stay. Only vegetarian food available and no bar.

A fantastic location and excellent food (only vegetarian). However the house keeping is very poor. The bed sheets and linen were not changed before we were given our room. However the same were changed on our making complaint to the Reception. On talking to the owner of the property he told us that he has taken several steps to improve the house keeping and soon he hopes to overcome this.If i am again to visit that are then I would prefer to stay at this property.
