Okayish, quality of services not as good as VLCC name. Make sure you voice your concern when going for hair color/highlights. They let the color in for 1.5 hours and now Im facing acute hairfall

The phone number provided is not being answered, I tried calling for 3 days straight. Moreover, when you visit the store they tell you that an appointment has to fixed prior to your visit, COME BACK TOMORROW .Kindly enlighten, how am I to fix an appointment with you not answering the phone?And do you really think that being a doctor Im free enough to visit your store daily?Is this a joke?I had been a customer of VLCC for a long time, but I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTLET.Thankyou

Nice friendly ambience and good well trained staff. Can be expirenced during covid times, staff uses ppe kits, gloves, mask and sanitizer for prevention.

I have been a regular customer when I was in Jabalpur. The services here are affordable and up to the mark. The waiting would be null if you can make prior appointments. The staff recommends VLCC products which are for sure beneficial to your skin. My auntie has also taken the Weight Loss Program here and she got the positive results.

I got haircut today . Staff of VLCC are very cordial and helpful. Due to some urgent problem , I reached the the place 45 minutes late than the scheduled appointment but I got timely service without any fuss. Madam Rhea gave a very good haircut as Required by me ( showed her a video of type of haircut needed) .My Hubby and daughter also appreciated the new look. Thanks for the wonderful service

Its good i heared from some people but i never visit there...

Too costly for too less of services. They ripped of my friend in front of me it was 8 years back, he went in for a haircut, they advised him some kind of hair treatment and charged him Rs.1700 for that. I remember because I went to the ATM to get cash.

Horrible experience!! Got a Diamond cleanup and I had the worst time and service. Would recommend to not avail any service from here. They forgot a major step and that is to give a steam😲 Anyway, they came inside when I started complaining and said maam we can give you steam and apply the pack again. My skin needed a session of steam desperately therefore I agreed. However the staff is quite unprofessional as they kept on talking outside the cabin I was in and were playing loud music. I have made a video of all this plus you can anytime check your camera recordings. Terrible experience 😲
