Our journey to return home, we booked three rooms in Hotel Shriradha through OYO.Its a nicely maintained hotel. Boarding rate is affordable and looking to the rates, I believe that hotel is better than other hotels which is located inside the city. Approach and connectivity with the Railway Station is not at a distance place. Southern side of this hotel, there are several big bazaars and eatables available. We enjoyed much.

Good place to go

Visited hotel shriradha and stayed for one week there. The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and maintained. But in some rooms the tv remote and switch boards are not working. Room Service is fast and the staff is supportive.

Pros Location is close to Samdareeya mall. It is not luxury like Samdareeya Hotel. There are a lot of car accessories place outside and small shops selling things who are looking to get your business. Basic room for reasonable price. Good bed size, tv and a/c working. Room service, front desk and housekeeping has a different task but are extremely attentive as Long as you are reporting the right problem to the right place. They are willing to come even at late nights and very helpful! It perhaps needs to be refurbished. The restaurant is a little expensive. Laundry service is available at a reasonable price. Need to pay cash as soon as they give clothes. Cons Breakfast is one thing with tea so like Aloo paratha. Not much variety. They clean Hotel but water is left everywhere so it can get slippery. My room had a sink and toilet water leaking. The plumber was to come but there was a lot of wastage of water for the whole week. Mosquitoes and ants are to be found in Jabalpur. They gave mosquito killer. The Hotel doesnt have hot water from shower but can send you some in a bucket.

The water taps not working properly. The have to change my room change once . Lights are also not working properly. And the room service is very slow and the most important point is there is no geyser in bathroom. For hot water you have to call the reception then they bring hot water to you.

The most unhygienic and dirty hotel, does not even deserve half star. Not at all maintained, there were worms in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was totally full of bacteria. Careless staff. If you ask for something in the morning they will deliver in the evening.....the room will make you sick

Washroom was very bad; flush was not working properly. Property needs to be renovated. Towels were not washed properly, we changed towel but still the new ones were almost same. Staff was good though, time to time they checked our comfortness.

AC does not work properly its not cooling, and bed sheet was not clean mobile laptops charge point not at room only one switch point in a hole room away from bed not good

This place is in one of the prime location of jabalpur . Food is good here for food only i am giving 3 star . Service is not so good . Rooms are not very clean . This place is very near to railway station just 10min away so if you are traveling to jabalpur and have train in odd timing this place is good for you . Cabs are available from this place from every time . Staff is okay okay . I feel they should improve services and room should be cleaned .

This hotel is very good and once time visit in this hotel and stay here for some days and drop you comments.

Lacks cleanliness. Hot water not available for 24 hrs. Staff is well behaved.

Cleaning is not proper.Hot water is not available in night time. When we ask for that to reception, they said we can arrange by bucket.

Very bad experience with hotel...red ants are in room and wet quilt... and I called reception for water but yet its 30 min. passes no water served in room.

Only the location is ok. The hotel has been constructed well but it is very poorly maintained. The rooms are not cleaned properly, the bed sheet, glasses etc are not changed with every guest. The house keeping also takes al lot of time to respond.

They charge extra amount apart from Make My Trip payment. Also there was bad smell in the room, asked for freshner but didnt provide. Also bedsheet was dirty, I think not washed at all.

Rude staff behavior, theyre not friendly for the couple stay, room bed sheet and blanket were too much dirty they even not changed after the complaint.

They charged me 1000 rs instead of what 699 as oyo promised. and denied room if i dont give 1000rs.

Receptionist was very bad and non-responsive for any issue... Had to wait 20mins for check-in... He says that you booked through OYO App and ask them to resolve.

No support from OYO. As hotel Siddharth refuses my check-in for tariff, which was set by u. However, it was converted to hotel shriradha.
